Penguin Jones (born September 28, 1981) is a penguin with a New Jersey accent. He is the mascot of Penguin Jones, a family entertainment centre that mainly has locations in the United States of America and Canada. Employees will sometimes dress up as him at the locations. His best friend is Puffin Jones, a puffin with a British accent. His other friends are Lars the Norwegian polar bear, Flippers the Belgian seal, and a Russian accented female wolf named Irina. Penguin Jones is friendly with children and adults alike. He was even nice to jerks like Ray Boccino and Vladimir Papkov when they frequented locations that were owned by their respective crime families. He also loves getting his picture taken with Niko Bellic and Roman Bellic whenever those two cousins visit the Penguin Jones in New York City that is owned by the McReary crime family. He also loves arcade games, food, beverages, ice skating, bowling, and laser tag.
