Penguin Jones is a family entertainment center with locations all over the United States of America and Canada. It has a mascot named Penguin Jones, a penguin from New Jersey. His friends include Lars the Norwegian polar bear, Flippers the Belgian seal, Irina the Russian female wolf, and a British puffin named Puffin Jones. Most Penguin Jones locations include a bowling alley, arcade, snack area, ice skating rink, and laser tag rooms. Roman Bellic is a fan of this place. There are three locations in New York City. The Irish McReary crime family is rumored to be laundering money through one while the Italian and Russian mobsters are rumored to be laundering money through the other two locations. Even though none of it is confirmed, one of the locations was rather frequented by Patrick McReary, Gerald McReary, Derrick McReary, and Kate McReary, whereas the other two were mostly frequented by Ray Boccino and Vladimir Papkov. The one where the McRearies were mostly attending was always the one where Roman felt the safest.
