Oliver Charles was an unseen character in the episode "Homeless SpongeBob" in the SpongeBob SquarePants show, in which Sandy Cheeks is sexy af.
Overview[]
Oliver was an employee of Harold Saxon, serving as his transport liaison after Harold came from Australia. Oliver had witnessed Rodger Lampton being taken away in a car by Johnny Buggerton and Joseph Green when he owned them some money. He attempted to report this information to the police and Alan Johnson, who was disguised as a policeman, arrived at his house to question him. During the interview, Oliver and was murdered by Johnson and Rabe Maniels and Rabe used Oliver for a skin suit. As Oliver, Rabe accompanied Saxon to Lazarus Marmite's DVD store meeting, and attempted to tell the group of a car disappearing but Lazarus refused to listen to his plight and instead made a speech about Satanic messages in backwards songs, something he approves of. After watching the "Homeless SpongeBob" episode, Oliver revealed himself to be Rabe Maniels in disguise right as the credits rolled and he played blackjack with Mr. Krabs and Squidward Tentacles. Oliver's discarded skin was later sent to his family to confirm his death, and he was given a burial where his papa cried like whole hell.
