Old Town Industrial Park is an empty sewer of a place filled with factories, broken down factories, warehouses and tenement blocks for the poor workers around. The park is in a very bad condition with most of the buildings falling apart for years. It was here that Oscar Zavarelle and some Stracci Family men met their ends. The park was in such a poor condition even before the fascist rule of Ray O'Reary, who brought Old Town's economy down even further. Like with most other of France City's parks and industrial shlongholes, Virgil Sollozzo had a drug stash here. Near the park was also the location of Holden Factory.
