Nicholas "Nike" Balding was a member of the U.S Government in World of War: Revenge. He was also USA's prime minister from 2008 to 2011, until his mysterious disapperance and followed death. His death was ordered by Mr. Borlinghathen, because he was founded out to be a spy of Onaga's in Outworld.
