Planning of Attack[]
Liquid planned to attack the president believing is the one sending in the WOLFHOUNDers, so they decide to attack the White House by stationing troops in the streets of Washington, D.C. WOLFHOUND gets wind of this, so Cara and Strike head towards the White House and together they sneak through the city and manage to get through the gate.
The Raid[]
Strike manages to blend in with crowd and talk to the president pretending to be an NSA Agent. FROGS under Photon Sight's commander attack the party and kill all Military Secretaries for distracting him. He then kills a guest and Strike and Cara fight through the White House and kill some of the FROGs. They go up to the second floor and attack there while the President and his family get in the panick room. Lightning appears and knocks out Cara, Strike manages to defeat him but Lightning causes a electric explosion in the White House before the President, Strike and Cara survive but Strike watches helplessly as the president's family is forced out of the area and the president is executed. Strike is the injured by Photon Sight as he fire is Photon weapon severely putting a scar on his right side face.
Aftermath[]
Strike is left to some medical attention and Otacon is forced to go to London to get the Photon expert. Because Snake is visiting Gray Fox and Raiden is spending time with Rose.
