As the shopkeeper of some of Montana Gang's fronts, Neal always greets Montana or Carezzo when they step into his shop and offers them some coffee or black metal music (he only offers black metal when the player steps into Ferdo's Records shop).
Neal is not seen anywhere else in the game other than in the said fronts.
