Mr. Nasty is an unknown serial killer formerly feared only on New York City's streets, but is today wanted in more than 14 states! (12 states in the past) He is referenced in the instruction manual by the name "Mr. Nasty" in Manhunt.
Mr. Nasty is a mass murderer who killed over 40 people in New York and around 50 people in Pennsylvania amongst 10 other states as of 2018, although his number has largely increased since '22 as he is back in action.
In the past, he burned up many houses in late 1995 or -5 BH. He is a big arsonist, but his identity is still unknown to this day. Though not known what he looks like, there are many draws of him by victims who escaped his knife, pistol or gasoline tank and survived. Some victims describe him as a bald clown-looking figure, but others described him being tall, overweight and having hair. Recently, he has been seen to be tall, slender built, having yellowy-glowing eyes and smoking an Old Pipe. However, it is possible this is another killer entirely, but nothing is for certain. Could be a copycat killer? Who the heck knows?
He is also known to burn up police cars, kill local cats, break down windows, write graffiti like "Biden '24! FFK!" and "BLM!", threaten old women for money, ride the carnival rides and then stab the carnies, feed dogs poisonous meat, send taunting letters to the police and the FBI and planning numerous assassinations on political figures, although he always failed.
Did he have any connections to Kim Jing Wei before her massacre? Only time will tell, but probably not.
