Mortimer Mussolini Mouse is a mouse who first appeared in a Mickey Mouse cartoon from 1936. Similarly to Peter Bearinov, he wants to steal Minnie Mouse from Mickey Mouse. He is from Philadelphia, an Italian-American mobster of an unknown crime family, and often says "Well ha cha cha!" He is very similar to Ray Boccino because he seems a lot friendlier than he really is.
