The following is a list of all of the biographies of Mortal Kombat characters and fighters from across the galaxy and Multiverse Federation.

Characters[]

Jade[]

Jade green

This female Edenian knows the planets are a dangerous place and Kahn's Army wishes to conquer Edenia so she must use all her strength to help protect it. As with all the other Edenians, Jade is a lot older than she looks and lives the life of an assassin. However, when Jade gets killed by a corrupted Sindel, her soul is transferred into the hands of Quan Chi, who uses it as his minion.

Dark Raiden[]

Evil Raiden

This evil mofo.

Last known for being dressed in a black outfit while also displaying Shinnok's Amulet, this Raiden isn't the same Thunder God you may be familiar with. Something has changed within him. He still wields his staff with precocious power and can crash down on his enemies with it and even with his War Hammer, if he feels like it. And you can always count on his powers of lighting to help you out of a jam, can't you? Well, at least you could, as long as you agreed on everything he said, and before his butt got deleted in the New Era events.

Good Raiden[]

Raiden art

Raiden back when he was "gooder".

Raiden has always been a kind god to Earth and it's nations and as such, would use his lightning powers for the good of this world. Making sure tyrannical space tyrants like Shao Kahn and Azazel are kept at bay is nothing new to him. He carries a lightning staff to fight the Forces of Darkness. However, once he gets corrupted by Shinnok's Satanic taint, it changes the thunderous one forever.

Argus[]

Argus art

Argus shaven and haired.

The Elder God Argus is the creator of the planet Edenia and her protector, and the God his fellow Elder Gods can always rely on. What few people know is that he is actually one rude and insecure SOB, who threw his first-born son away to live with peasants once he banged a mortal sorceress and didn't want no scandals. He is the father of Steven and Daegon as well and favours Steven over Daegon. His last mission was to build up a pyramid that would act as a safeguard for the Boomer Gods in case of Armageddon. However, his treachery was enough to drive Daegon mad and he killed him by cutting off his head.

Steven[]

Steven with bow

He does look like his dad, doesn't he?

Steven has always been the favourite son of Argus once he saw that Steven had no equals to be compared to, not even Daegon. Steven can manipulate the powers of fire thanks to his mother, Delia, being a powerful sorceress. He is a demigod, whom would become a full God, would his quest to defeat Blaze at the Pyramid of Argus succeed, but it didn't. He was lastly killed by Queen Almeida.

Kotal Kahn[]

Kotal Kahn

Kotal's eyes glow yella' as he is in the Sun God form.

To look at him, you might not think that Kotal Kahn was a God with him being a Rodian, a specie known to be descendent from the Demons of the Never Land. But don't let his looks fool you, because he is the former Emperor of Outworld, a God of Son, War and Water (or so we're told) and the half-brother of Shao Kok.
However, Kotal's rule over Outworld ended when his brother staged a coupe and left him to rot in the dungeons of the Dark Prison.

Liu Kang[]

Liu Kang

A drawing of Lu-Lu.

Liu Kang, a Shaolin monk, goes on to join the White Lotus to become their Grand Champion and the chosen one to beat Outworld in order to protect the Earth. With Raiden guiding him, Liu learns the ways of Jun Fan and Shaolin until he finally defeats Goro, ending Outworld's hopes of conquering China or the Earth.

Though he was a hero, who even defeated Shao Cock, after his death at the hands of a Never Land assassin and resurrection by Quan Chi, Liu is forced to serve Shinnok and forces of the Never Never Land.

Kung Lao[]

MKDA Kung Lao

Kung Lao has come a long way since growing up in China, being watched over by the Shaolin. Back then he was just Liu Kang's sandal-cleaner and ass-kisser, but now he is a great a warrior as Liu and helps out the Forces of Light to fight against otherworldly menaces. Never seen without his steel hat, Kung is a better fighter than most of them. Or at least he was, until Shao Kahn killed him and he became a forced servant for Hell and it's overlords.

Kai[]

Kai half booty

Kai is a powerful Shaolin warrior of Indo-Aryan race, who is trusted by Liu Kang and the Light Order. As with all Shaolin, he is capable of taking down the most fearsome opponents, including demonic spawns of the Never Land and posses the ability to shot fireballs. When fighting, he uses a uhhh, uhh... a mace to swing at his enemies. His current whereabouts are unknown, but it is possible he is still living in Asia with his fellow monks.

Master Shen[]

Sheng

The White Lotus has many tough elders to protect China, and Shen is no exception.

Sure, being an old man, he might not look like much, but he has all the same outstanding powers as any Shaolin. He trains Zha Chuan and Wing Chun and wields a pair of nunchaku.

Bo' Rai Cho[]

Bo' Rai Cho

A martial arts Master from Outworld (but with the good guys) and teacher to Liu and Kung, Bo' fights to protect the safety of Earth for he prefers it over Outworld.
Unlike other MA masters, Bo' uses the powers of fart and puke to fight the baddies. With the power of the GI system, Bo' Rai Cho can push his enemies around in the wind, move heavy objects with ease thanks to his fatness, and can train Sumo as well. He uses a jujitsu staff as his weapon. And as far as mobility, his weight doesn't give him problems, for Cho can flip as well and jump high in the air.

Sindel[]

Sindal Armaggedon

Sindel is the former Queen of Edenia and the mother of Kitana, both of whom were forced to join Shao Kahn. However, Sindel could not stand Shao's abuse of her, sexual or otherwise, and she committed suicide to free herself of his torment, but Shao would not let her die so quickly. He kept her soul in Outworld in order to prevent her from protecting Earth. After she was killed a second time, Sindel was resurrected as a minion of Quan Chi and Shinnok.

As a good guy, Sindel used a staff known as Kwan Do as her weapon, to defend Edenia.

Wen the Older[]

When the Older

Wen outside his hut.

Wen is a reverend master of the White Lotus, having trained in the ways of the Shaolin for many years. Being so old, Wen rarely walks, but when he does, all of the Shaolinies pay their respects to him. When he does, tho, he is very, very slow. But the fighting styles he taught are still strong in his old frame and it gives him the ability to keep teaching the young ones in the ways of Shaolin so to protect the Earth and Asia, in the next MK tournament. When danger comes, Wen doesn't shy away, but instead looks it straight in the eye and challenges it to a fight to the death.

Quan Chi[]

Quan Chi MK4

A once savage Oni, Chi has managed to transform himself into a demon through powerful sorcery and now plays a part in the evil plan to eliminate all of the humans of Earth and merge our planet into the Never Never Land. As one of the leaders of the Forces of Darkness, Chi is a powerful and influential figure. Strong with Satanic black magic, he can attack his enemies with ease and when they die, he can consume their souls to make powerful revenants, loyal only to him and Shinnok and he can use them in his plans to attack the Forces of Light. He is also very skilled with dual broadswords and can eliminate his enemies with his powerful skull-shooting attacks and bat-summoning. Not just any bat, though, but the wicked and possessed ones of the Never Land.

Shang Tsung[]

Old Shang draw

Shang Tsung is one scary-looking Chinaman. It's not just his wicked smile, the soul-stealing abilities, and the wicked planning of Earth's downfall that make him frightening.

It's also the fact that he uses a large, straight sword, and he knows how to use it! This earthrealmer has long been a servant of Shao Kok, who taught him how to steal souls to contain his youth. He can even shapeshift into different creatures. Once he failed Shao too often, Shao had him executed, but that didn't stop Shang from resurrecting and planning his revenge on the Emperor.

Shao Kahn[]

Shao comicks

Shao is always naked.

One of the most feared people in the galaxy, Shao is the Emperor of Outworld, notorious for his cruelty. He enforces the will of his planet with an iron and steel fist, crushing any who oppose it. His goal has long been to finally conquer Earth, but he never succeeded. While he might not have been able to take over Earth. He conquered and destroyed a lot of other planets. He carries a Wrath Hammer to crush his enemies and even his own men who disappoint him too often. But Shao has since been defeated by Lord Azazel, when the Egyptian demon decided to conquer his planet. This seemed like karma for Shao, didn't it?

Shinnok[]

Shinnok artwork

Even more powerful than Shao and fearsome is his former master. The former ruler of Hell itself, is Lord Shinnok. The evil Elder God once wished to conquer Earth, but not without consequences, as Raiden managed to beat him and throw him down to Hell. Then, he tricked Shao Kahn into becoming his puppet and carrying out his will. This led to Shao's own defeat and left the Earth weakened for an attack. However, once he found the ruling of Earth to be too boring for him as he preferred some action, he handed it over back to humans. When the demon Chernobog defeated him to acquire rule over his planet, Shinnok might have been destroyed, but his subconsciousness is still out there, plotting to one day return to power and have his revenge.

Rain[]

Mk11 rain by chacha99 de6tn28-250t

As a young boy, Rain was seen as pretty worthless by his father, the Elder Dog Argus. I meant... god. He was his bastard son, but was deceived from the beginning that he was the son of Shao Kahn, when Shao took him, adopted him and moulded him into his minion. But once Rain would realise the truth, that he was the son of Argus, his ego would arise and he would leave Kahn's army and plan his own conquest of Edenia. However, he never achieved nothing and never will be nothing more than a mook for more powerful villains, like Shao, Shinnok and even Goro.

Motaro[]

Motaro art

The Centaurs of Outworld are large, demonic creatures known for their hunting prowess and powers and inhabit the forests of Outworld where they stalk and hunt their preys, and Motaro is no exception. Many people might assume a creature so large and scary would make a great audition to a planet-conquering empire like Kahn's and they would assume correct. Wild and unpredictable, Motaro was declared a general of one of Kahn's extermination squads. Despite their toughness and nightmare-giving appearance, Motaro's race were victims of hunting by Bossk, the Reptilian bounty hunter who worked for the space snail, Jabba. But don't think by this that Motaro lost his edge; he can take down any opponent. Also, Motaro shared a rivalry with the Shokans, well all of the Centaurs did, before he finally got killed by Raiden when Shao attacked US.

Cyrax[]

Cyrax

Cyrax is a Lin Kuei robot who is capable of throwing bombs and is skilled in the art of ninjutsu. He is also like an endless fountain of knowledge. Unfortunately that's almost all he's good for, but do not fear, for his robotic form has him perfected. His entire body can be a weapon. His smarts can also enable him to access the alien panels that most humans don't know how to open. For this reason alone, Cyrax has always been an valuable asset to the Lin Kuei, but not when he defected to the good side and joined Raiden's forces.

Hydro[]

Hidro cyborg

This blue Lin Kuei water robot might look like much, but Hydro isn't as tough as an average Lin Quei robot would want you to believe. Still, like many robots, he can travel the worlds around the universe with Raiden's forces to stop Shao Kahn and Shinnok's madness. Cyrax needs a butt-buddy. A metallic one. A partner he can always rely on. Hydro is that bartner. Hydro is a handy roboticus with lots of surprises. Loyal to the Thunder God, he was once a Lin Kuei until he defected due to his morality switches, both metaphorical and literal.

Smoke[]

Smoke MK D

Smoke is a very powerful robot whose microscopic and nanobotic powers run as oil through his veins, constantly repairing and improving his being. Smoke is one of the leaders of the Brotherhood of Shadow, a cult dedicated to worshipping the Fallen One, Shinnok, and is very knowledgeable about things around the galaxy and many fighting styles, like Judo or Mi Tzu Quan (no Chi). Like many other robots, Smoke was once a loyal Lin Kuei, until he defected from them when he refused to be turn into a machine to improve his fighting skill. Smoke was a captured and roboticised against his will, but decided to work for Shao Kahn at his castle once he saw no use anymore in the clan. Found by Noob Sailbot after failing Shao too many often, Smoke joined him in the Never Land to build up their cult under Quan Chi's orders. Smoke now bids his time and waits for the moment to take the entire planet over... for himself. Or at least he did, until Chernobog removed him for staying loyal to Shinnok.

Goro[]

Gorro

Prince Goro is probably one of the scariest characters you'll encounter on Outworld, and that's saying something considering how many freaks and aliens Outworld hosts. Shang Tsung's loyal bodyguard, Goro actually answers only to Shao Kahn, honouring his specie by doing that. He uses large, Shokan gauntlets in battle, fetched to him by Rain, to fight the good guys. He can also charge his fists on fire and jump high into the air, only to stomp on you, crushing you entirely. He is one of the most dangerous threats Earth can cope with and won 9 MK tournaments before his defeat at the hands of Lu-Lu. But for all his bragging and capabilities, Goro weeps and runs off when he is cornered, preferring Shao's Tarkata dogs to do the work for him.

Kintaro[]

Kintaro MK9

Wow, he is one angery kitty, ain't he?

Kintaro is another Shokan, loyal to Kahn and his army. Similar to Gorro, he is a tough warrior, but descends from a lower subspecie of shokan - the Tigrar, known for their poverty. Still, he can jump high and when in dire straits, can use some tiger fangs to defend himself better. He was killed by Sonia Blade when she twerked and headscissored him to death, though.

4-LOM[]

4Lom

Despite his toyish looks, 4-LOM is not to be messed with.

If you thought only Lin Kuei made some tough robots, think again.
Being a pure robot, devoid of anything a human or other "flesh-based" specie have is what makes 4-LOM such an effective and ruthless, killing machine. He doesn't let anything like feelings or morality get in the way of earning his bounties. To catch his prey, he uses many weapons, like bazookas, bombs, handguns, space rifles, etc. but his fav weapon of choice is a powerful blaster rifle to drop his targets down in a hurry. For those really tricky situations 4-LOM is just as capable, as he carries thermal detonators (basically space TNT) to blow up anything that stands in his way that his rifles can't deal with. He is a proof that robots serve as the best bounty hunters as virtually nothing can ever stop them from acquiring their goals. Thanks to him also never being a human, he has no soul, unlike the Lin Kuei, so he can't ever be reformed to join the Forces of Light, neither can he be programmed, I suppose. How? Well, anyone that ever came close to him ended up dead.

Sektor[]

Sektor MK9

Sektor is one of the most deadly Lin Kueis out there and the most popular and most feared bounty hunter in all the known galaxy. And why shouldn't he be? He is the same type of monster his father was, and it is even rumoured he killed his old man to take leadership over the clam. Sektor can get into areas only accessible by flying, thanks to his jetback. He also carries two red pulse blades which can be used to cut apart the unfortunate limbs of his opponents and victims. The things that set Sektor apart from the other Lin Kuei minions is the fact that Li-Hog Jing wasn't given any slaving protocols as he was one sick, evil, arrogant and sadistic bastard to begin with. In a lot of cases, he likes to refer to himself in third name due to his never-ending vanity.

Bossk[]

Bossky

Bossk with his gon.

Bossk is a cold-blooded bounty hunter, literally as he is a Reptilian monstrosity whose kind once dwelled on Earth even. This reptilian creature from Outworld stops at nothing to catch his prize, even if it means travelling halfway across the galaxy and working for many foreign bosses and all manners of scum. Bossk carries bombs with him to destroy anything that stands in his way, if his sniper and assault rifles aren't enough, alien-styled, of course. Bossk is a known bogyman to the Minotaurs and the Centaurs, for he hunts those hairy bastards down like the animals they are and eats them for breakfast.

Robinho[]

Robinjo

Robinho might look like he just crawled out of some murky swamp judging from his appearance, but this Fishman ain't to be messed with. Robinho is a ruthless fishy bounty hunter, hired by Garrold Deep One to track down K'nuckles as he owes him some money for his alcohol problems. He carries a blaster rifle to drop anyone who gets in his way. However, he is also one sadistic fish and prefers to torture his vics before killing them, usually with a hammer or anything else he can get his slimy hands on.

Greedo[]

Greedo eyes

Greedo at Most Sandy.

Greedo is an old bounty hunter who survived many battles and an old enemy of Han Solof. Similar to Sektor, he is considered one of the best bounty hunters around and has been contracted by Jabba the Hutt to bring Han Solof in or down as Han owes Jabba money. Despite failing in his mission, Greedo's reputation hasn't slid nowhere, for he is as tough as ever, hunting down rivals and enemies of Shao and Shinnok alike. Greedo, like most outlaws, also carries detonators and other explosives so that he can blow up stuff that is in his way if his awesome blasters aren't enough. He is a bit of arrogant though, but don't mistake that for thinking he cannot bite.

IG-88[]

IG-88 fire

IG-88's badas drawing where he stands in front of fajah'.

IG-88 isn't your typical Lin Kueian, like Cyrax or Hydro. Instead, similar to 4-LOM, he is a space bounty hunter and a deadly one at that.

Don't let his tall, lanky, clanky and metal frame fool you; IG-88 is an assassin robot with no emotions and is programmed to break you into pieces with ease or even torture you. Along with a powerful blaster rifle and a space version of the Kalashnikov, this robot can finish you in no time and look good doing, just ask the Red Dragon Clan. And being a robot has other privileges as well, for he is heat resistant, but he is not immune to electricity, so, he has a bit of a weakness as well.

Robot Sub-Zero[]

Robot SubSero

Looks a bit like the Predator.

Transformed against his will by the Lin Kuei clan, Sub-Zero got his humanity back almost instantly after he lost it, for he was captured by Raiden's chosen warriors and manipulated into joining their cause again.

However, good or bad, you can always count on Sero to deliver an ice-cold death. He can teleport, shoot ice stars at his opponents and popsicles and can perform other things only a robotic cryomancer would know how to perform.

Zam Wessell[]

Wesell

This beautiful, Edenian bounty hunter will take on any job. She's armed with a dangerous blaster rifle which looks like an American-French Dillinger and an endless supply of thermal detonators, plus she owns a hot-as spaceship, almost as hot as her. She is one of the few "villain" Edenians, like Rain and Tanya.

Liu Kang's spirit[]

Lu's špirit

The spirit of Liu at the slaughterhouse.

Liu Kang eventually got killed by the Deadly Alliance when Shang Tsung snapped his neck like a twig.

Now he has a powerful spirit form, green in colour, to fight the batties. What is also good news for Liu is the fact he has the same abilities as he had back when he was breathing, plus he's nigh-invisible. No one can hit him because he's already dead, but he can hit and kill them with no mercy. He is actually trying to reunite with his body to freely walk the Earth once again and become the top MK champion.

Kitana[]

Kitana MKVSDC

Kitana at Edenian waterfalls.

Princess Kitana might have been born into wealth and privilege, but to Shao Kahn, she was just another prisoner in his castle when she disobeyed the Emperor and turned against him. However, that doesn't mean she's helpless. After finding out that her real father was an Edenian king named Jerrod, whom Shao Cok murdered, a fire burnt brightly in her soul and she sought vengeance. She wants nothing more than to end the Shao's ruthless reign of terroro and help Raiden's lamb win over Shao. She also has a romantic interest in China's champion, Liu Kang, with whom she worked together for Lord Shinnok, when the two warriors got assassinated and resurrected by Quan Chi.

Tanya[]

Tania MKX

Tanya at Kutana Jungle.

The older sister of Jade, Tanya took a role of a villain on her planet, and swore her loyalty to Shinnok and later Onaga. Not one to let that get her down, Tanya knows how to shake it and twerking her opponent to death with her vaginal area is one of her fatalities, even. But don't think that for this Tanya is all sugar and spice; she is a deadly, treacherous snake who would not think twice about killing you to save her hide.

Zombie Liu Kang[]

Liu Kang Zombie

Zombie Lu-Lu.

After his death at the hands of DA, Liu's soul went on it's own as did his body, becoming an injured zombie with chains on his wrists, put onto him by Raiden. Liu has become the Dark God's enforcer and has killed anyone Raiden deemed a threat to Earth, including his Shaolin brothers. But there is something special about him; Ermac claims Liu can be reformed and turned back to the light side, if his soul properly connected to his body. For this end, Kung Lao, Ermac and Kenshi are trying everything in their power to turn Liu Kang back to the light and will even stop Raiden for it, if necessary.

Revenant Liu Kang[]

Revenant Lu-Lu

Revenant Lu.

Once the Mortal Kombat Champion of Earth, Liu's assassination by Drahmin and subsequent resurrection by Quan Chi had made him more evil than ever, as he plans on personally killing Raiden for "killing him" and begrudging his status as the MK Champee. However, Liu turned out be the weakest of the revenants and even when Hell was taken from Shinnok by Lord Chernobog, the Dark God killed him for his weaknesses.

Johnny Cage[]

John Cage

This fearless actor crisscrosses space and galaxy to wherever the monetary and acting opportunities take him. He might be an experienced actor and martial artists, but he meets the challenge of his life when he accepts to work as one of top lambs of Raiden, even becoming his champion. It's lucky for everyone involved that Johnny is quite the charmer (for Sonya) and a great fighter. He has a sense of humour and quite an ego, but Raven relies a lot on him, thanks to his green powers.

Jax Briggs[]

Jax cigar

Jax smokin' 'em Cuban sigars.

Jax Briggs is a large, US SF commander and consultant who is also a close ally of Sonia Blade, Cage's wife. No matter what adventures against the criminal organisations of Earth, well America, awaits the Special Forces, Jackson is always there to help. Jax uses those metal arms he has to fight the baddies of Earth and shows them little mercy. Once a prisoner of Goro in one of his dungeons, Jax has now retired and returned to his life on his farm with his wife, Vera, but his daughter, Jacqui Briggs has enlisted into the Special Forces behind his back, much to his dismay.

Shokan[]

Shokans

The Shokans are a half-dragon creatures that live on the planet of Outworld in the subterranean kingdom of Kuatan. They are large creatures alright and can have from four to six massive arms. The arms have only three digits, though. Same as on feet. Known for their strength, and loyalty to the Emperor Shao, Shokans have been his favoured specie over the Centaurs ever since they kicked their as. If you find one while roaming around Outworld, you better turn around and run, for they don't like being disturbed, or disrespected.

Darrius[]

Darrius aer

Darrius with all the golden armour he stole.

Darrius is a rebel from the planet of Order and an old adversary of Hotaru, which makes it all the more tragic that he betrayed Cage to Kahn's empire. However, since Hotaru and Shao never really liked each other, this was to be expected as Darrius would do anything he can to step on Hotaru's toes. However, despite betraying Cage, Darrius still helps Kitana, Kung and their friends in stopping Kahn from killing them. Darrius might be on Seido's most wanted list, but he won't stop and leads his Seidan Rebels with brutal tactisation and charisma. So much so that he indeed has the balls to stand up to the Seidan Guardsmen.

Hotaru[]

Hotaru

As the leader of the military force of Orderworld, Hotaru is a well-respected and honoured Seidan, beloved by the people. But don't be fooled by the dumb populace's opinions, because he was once an ally of Onaga, the Dragon King who planned on taking over the entire universe and Hotaru wouldn't give a bucket of crap how much the people suffered. He uses a naginata as his weapon and wears his firefly armour to defend himself when fighting against Darrius' Seidan rebels.

Moon Kalamari[]

Moon

He ugly af, though.

A trusty adviser dedicated to serve Shao, Moon Kalamari risks his life disagreeing with the Emperor to try and smarten him up since Moon is pretty much the brains to his brawn. Shao Kahn was never known for his intellect, only brute force.

His ugly-as race was nearly extinct when their home planet called Neon exploded, but Moon was smarter than the rest and managed to survive. However, when Lord Azazel started taking over Outworld from the mentally ill emperor, Moon was killed by the Dark Lord.

Kameel Doran[]

Doran

Devoted to serve the Kahn with his life, Kameel will fight to death to preserve Shao's rule over Outworld. During the mission of taking over Duro, Kameel was in charge of one of Shao's squads to destroy all who resist him. Kameel took his orders from Skull and Reiko, but leading his own Extermination squad, Kameel proves to be a very capable commander and shows no mercy to Shao's enemies.

Duke Tallen[]

Tallen

Duke in front of a black background.

The royal ruler of Orderworld might not look like much, but his firm grip on the planet is strong. He is a well-respected monarch of the blanet and is flanked by Seidan guards from all sides. His speeches might breed haters, but it is necessary in order to keep... well, just that: order, on Seido.

Peppermint Pepey[]

Peppermint Pepey

Pepey in Edenia.

Pepey is the leader, aka general of the Edenian Rebels, a group which resisted Kahn's Army occupation of their planeten. Captain Peppermint will do anything to keep his planet and Queen Sindel safe. As a protect of the palace, he uses two to three swords to slice at Kahn's footsoldiers and defend the good people of Edenia.

Shujinko[]

Shujinko art

Not shy to trouble, since she has quite the way of finding him, Shujinko is a powerful warrior from China, who travelled the planets in search of powers. Onaga, the Dragon lord, gave him the powers to copy the fighting styles of any fighter he encountered. With these powers and old, wise age, he is more than capable of handling himself and his enemies. He uses two Kun Lun Dao swords to defend himself against more dire or serious threats, however.

Cassie Cage[]

Cassie w8er

Cassie in her waitering suit.

Cassie has seen a lot over her relatively short time on Earth, and being hunted for lustful desires of villains from Outworld is just one such problem she has faced.

Tougher than she looks, Johnny's daughter can take down a coliseum full of aliens in a hurry. She is a member of the SF, under the leadership of her stern mother and she fought against Shinnok's Never Land forces once the Dark Lord invaded the Earth.

Navado[]

Navado

Although you might think that this man is some sorta uh, western or school shooting enthusiast, Navado is actually a high-ranking military commander in the Red Dragon Clan, a clan of pissterious warriors. He commands many men and loyally serves his Lord, the Grandmaster of the Red Dragon, Daegon. Even though he holds a high position of authority, Navado is not on the top wanted list of the SF, mostly due to his mysterious background as the Red Dragon wishes to keep their organisation a secret for as long as possible. When in battle, he drops down his enemies with deadly hookswords, he probably took from Kabal.

Skull[]

School heed

A true and trusted minion of Kahn's Army and a Champion of his, Skull takes his orders from Reiko, but even he has a tough time ordering this big guy around.

These champions are always protecting most secure of places in Shao Kahn's Castle and are always tough nuts to crack for the good guys, and Skull is no exception. Skull might not be remembered as Goro, Reiko or Shao, but the fact here is that Skull was able to drop down Shao's victims like nothing. Unfortunately for him, Skull got dropped down into Shao's lava pit by Steven.

Seidan Guardsmen[]

Hotaru with his guards

Hotaru and two of the Guardsmen.

Cloud City on Seido is a big place — too big for just Hotaru himself to watch over, despite his rep. and bravery. That's why he employs the Seidan Guardsmen. These guards carry swords, spears, shields and naginatas (like Hotaru) with them to help them fight against Darrius' rebellion. They have to watch over the city and make sure everything on the planet is secure. If things start to go downhill, the Seidan guards are ordered to step up and defend the Realm a' Border from any threat, no matter how small, lest they want to get punished by Hotaru.

Despite this, in reality they are pretty much just jobbers and fodder for Darrius' rebels.

Goshk[]

Goshk

Goshk in Kahn's courtyard.

Goshk is one of the many trusted footsoldiers of Kahn's army, despite his chubbiness.

Unlike most Kahn's soldiers, Goshk wears typical Outworld robes more akin to a sorcerer than a foodsoldier and has a belly, but that doesn't mean that he isn't capable to drop Shao's enemies dead. Goshk fights on because of his belief in Shao and his conquering of the universe. Guided by his higher-ups, like Reiko, Kameel or Goro, Goshk never fails to report for duty. Hell, it is the reason why it has kept him alive for so long.

Kahn's Army[]

Kahn's ninjas

Not only does Shao employ aliens and robots, he also employs ninjas.

If you thought Goshk was something, take a look at the endless Kahn's army.

This large army of Shao Kok himself is the one responsible for murdering and slaughtering all of his enemies while he is conquering a planet. Being so many in numbers, a lot of these guys' names are not known, and they sometimes (always) serve as the fodder for the heroes. They carry laser pistols, swords, shields, spears, mini-hammers, whips and nunchakus, but have the unfortunate habit of sometimes being used as Kahn's training dummies or just being abused by him in general. When not performing their duties, the footsoldiers eat and drink in Outworld taverns, and praise Reiko and Kahn whenever they can.

Tuskens[]

Tusken

A Tusken Rider with his space spear.

The Tusken Riders, also known as Sand People, roam the deserts and wastelands of Orinion, terrorising everyone they see as a threat to their resources.

Tuskens grunt and howl before they attack, and attack they will, because they are aggressive and have no remorse or mercy. They try to take out anyone they see, using their long-range rifles to snipe unsuspecting victims or use their spears if one steps too close. Some of the members of the race, however, possess a higher intellect and Shao was able to manipulate and convince a few of them that he was their god and they started worshipping him like no tomorrow.

Tarkatan Hordes[]

Tarkatan tribe

A tribe of Tarkatans.

The Tarkatans may all look identical, but like Kahn's army, they spawn in numbers, except that they have those sharp teeth and arm blades to help them fight Shao's victims, instead of whips and spears. These unintelligent dogs, bred only to serve, are used as fodder by the heroes and even some of Shao's commanding men, like Goro. However, Tarkatans have always been dedicated to serving the Empire and use their blades to fight and kill anyone who resists Shao's will. Because they are also cannibalistic in nature, a lot of them eat up their victims at their sadistic camps.

Baraka leads the Tarkatan teams, while Mileena Kahn, Shao's own daughter, is a half-Tarkatan.

Dragon King's Army[]

Onaga's armee

Dragon King's foodsoldiers about to kneel.

The Dragon King's army are the undefeatable soldiers of the long, lost and forgotten Dragon fart called Onaga, who rested in the Lost Tomb and would be awakened once their master returned and the Great Dragon Age would begun. Back when they weren't stoned, they killed Onaga's opposers day-to-day to spread his serpent empire, like a cancer cell spreads around your body. In addition to running the Empire for Onaga, they are also responsible for its defence. Not being able to die, these bastards are one of the toughest (if not the) foes one will encounter throughout our universe. However, they do have one weakness. It's quite simple really; Kill Onaga and he will not be able to resurrect his skeletons. Poof! You won.

Army of Darkness[]

Demonic goons

Demonic minions at the Sky Temple.

Although he is a puppet master who can use and abuse anyone he wants and use them to do his dirty deeds for him, do not think Shinnok doesn't own himself an army as well. Not only are these demonic creatures brave, and also really tough fighters, they also look like as if they just crawled from one of your worst nightmare. If you meet one in battle, you'll have no chance to survive as they gut you and descend your soul into the deepest pits of Hell, where you will be brainwashed to serve Shinnok and Quan Kai.

Fujin, the God of Wind, was once almost forced to join Shinnok's ranks, but was saved in the nick of time by Liu Kang and Kai. Thus, these demonic hellspawns took Kaijin's soul instead, the Asian fire god.

Reiko[]

Reiko

Reiko standing strong.

General Reiko is Emperor Shao Kahn's right-hand-man. He not only knows about military and has deadly martial arts skills, but he does know about politics as well. He is so powerful and feared, that he actually has the chance of succeeding Shao as Outworld's emperor, instead of his Tarkatan daughter Mileena or spoiled son Rain.

He plans out all of Kahn's domination strategies against weaker planets in his own Map room, with the Emperor himself present, who nods on almost everything Reiko whispers into his ear. After Shao's death, Reiko set his plans of becoming a freaking God in motion, with some aid from the Chaosworlder, Havik. However, is the agent of chaos really someone the genius general can trust? Or is he a mere manipulator who actually plans on using Reiko just to get his chaotic hands on Shinnok's Amulet? Only time will tell. Well, it did already.

Baraka[]

Baracka wish blades

Baraka shows you his blades.

To distinguish his ugly, Tarkata face from his lesser breedsmen and prove his superiority as their general, Baraka wears some special clothing to blend out from the tribe he leads.

Whether fighting for Shao or Onaga, Baraka is one tough cookie who earned his position as leader of the Tarkatans through their blood ritual battles, where no mercy is shown to the loser. Despite his reputation, there have been more than a few share of moments where he served as Shao's whipping boy and Goro's gauntlet cleaner. To fight the heroes, Baraka uses those blades he has on his arms, which is natural for his specie and uhhh, he wishes to bang and marry Mileena, Shao's daughter.

Masked Guardsmen[]

Tsunk's grouds

Two of the Masked guards.

Shang Tsung, while a powerful sorcerer, needs his own personal bodyguards to guard his island. Being so close to Shao means being surrounded by some of the toughest men Earth and Outworld can provide, and these masked men are tough as Hell itself. While only armed with naginatas and similar-looking spears, they know how to use them well and can kill you in seconds if you let them. They also guarded the spectator monks who watched MK fights during the Mortal Kombat Tournament and also made sure the fighters kept fighting and not trying to escape.

Mokap[]

Mocha figurine

An action figure of Mokap.

This motion-capture artist is actually a martial arts teacher from Shikago who found himself in MK fights with all of these deadly creatures above, or less. He might not look like much, but he is formidable, strong, and talented, plus he has the powers to throw his sensors or balls all around at foes. This means that if you are fighting against the Forces of Light, you are going to be fighting against Mokap, for sure. Mokap was actually once a close pal of Johnny Cage and worked in his Hollywood studio. He also trained Bruce Lee and Marshall's Law fighting skills, like Jeet Kune Do, uh Wing Chun, Kenpo and Karate.

Watto[]

Watto mocks

Watto laughing like a hyena.

Watto has been around the mean streets of Tatooine on Outworld for years and he knows how to take care of himself. Mess with him and he'll send Jabba the Hutt's men after you. He might be slow on the ground, but his little wings let him fly around quickly and let him boss and abuse his employees all around. Unfortunately, Watto's flying ended once he didn't fulfil his end of a bargain with one of Kahn's men. He had balls for that, at least.

Clurkicus[]

Clurkicus tattoo

A graffiti of Clurkicus.

Clurkicus was the right-hand of Shinnok and one of the leaders of the Never Land when Raiden killed the Fallen God. When you find yourself in the Never Land, you'll find Lord Clurkicus, and he won't be too friendly. He will torture you and abuse you until you beg for his mercy, but he will show you none. He will torture you until you die of pain then resurrect you only to torture you again. Other than helping Shinnok and being evil, though, Clurkicus really didn't have much of a personality. Not that Shinnok cares about that, he just wants loyal servants.

Clurkicus also used to wrestle in the WWEE back when he was on Earth and even lead his own mafia family, but once he was back in Hell, he had to wipe Shinnok's ass until his eventual destruction at the hands of Cluck n' Drill.

Jabba the Hutt[]

Jabba sleepie

He is one sleepy Hutt it seems.

Jabba the Hutt is the large green space slug who controls the spice and human smuggling on Outworld plus the gambling organisations. He has everyone else do his work, he just barks the orders. Jabba has ties to the emperor himself and is partially responsible for Outworld's economy skyrocketing.

Blanche[]

Blanč

This old woman can't really do jack, so instead of fighting, she prefers to watch the fighters beat it off in the Outworld Market. However, do not think that Blanche is completely useless, for she will punch you in the ballzak or vagina if you sneak up on her and try to do her harm.

Sheeva[]

Sheeva MK9 art

The large, female Shokan named Sheeva is a perfect bodyguard for Shao's queen with those four, strong arms — but will she continue to serve the emperor once he starts preferring the Centaurs over the Shokans? Probably not. At least she didn't in the OG timeline.

Gamorrean[]

Gamorreans

Two Gamorrean piggies.

The Gamorreans might not be the sharpest knives in the drawer, but they are the biggest and strongest pieces of meat you will encounter, not mentioning the Shokans. That's probably why Jabba has them employed to protect his palace and whatnot, heh. These large porcine, green creatures carry around big axes and hammers to smash and destroy all who would oppose their slug boss. These powerful axes can take out some enemies with one stroke, just one shot and the galaxy gets smaller. However, the Gamorrean guards aren't all work and no play. They sometimes play some tunes on their weapons or gamble at Jabba's.

Outworlder[]

Outworders

These Outworlders may look like humans, most of them anyway, but they can be a dangerous menace if you bother one for too long. Unfortunately for most of them, they are just numbers in the eyes of Shao and his fellow villains and have no means of defending themselves if Shao wishes to crush some of them or Reiko impale them. Whether it is their rulers who kill them or Earth's dictators like Olaf Tutchenko, these poor alien bastards have seen the worst of it. Though they dislike their rulers, at least in privacy, many have their own schemes to achieve power, although almost all fail as Shao's spys report to the emperor beforehand and Shao has them all slaughtered or tortured.

Oni[]

Oni

A grey Oni from the Never Land.

Onis are the demonic imps of the Never Land, though very large in size, and the perfect mooks for Shinnok and his followers.

Because they are mostly used for defence due to their low intellect, similar to Gamorreans, they don't make capable leaders or commanders, but their strength makes up for all of that. Some of them carry hammers, shields, maces, clubs or powerful buzdovan-like balls they can use to smash you to bits in one shot. When you die and go to Hell, make sure not to wind up in their face, for they don't like being bothered and similar to other brutal creatures, they don't have any pity, fear or remorse. What's worse is that when they finish killing you, they might as well feast on your rotting corpse and then throw you into the lava pits.

Reptile[]

Reptile evolutioned

This Saurian being is dumb as bricks, which isn't usually expected from the Zaterrans, which makes him a great minion for Shao, but he is also good in spying (he can turn invisible) and ratting out the location of wanted Raiden's lambs. But when it comes to fighting, this ninja lizard is more than a match for an average soul. He has absolutely no mercy and hungers for meat, like the Onis, plus he can spit acid out on you and drown you in his toxic saliva.

Lama Sue[]

Lama Sue

Lama Sue is the House Speaker of Sota and the one you should talk to, if you wish to start some alliances on the rainy planet. He is standing tall over everyone else, being fuaking 7'3"! This Birdo isn't shy to get involved into foreign affairs, including those of Earth, but he prefers to send some of his loyalists to deal with the political leaders of other worlds, which is a smart tactic if you wish to avoid assassination.

On Earth, Lama is a staunch opponent of Abigail Peppercorn.

Dairou[]

Dayru drawn

A drawing of Dairou.

On the World of Order, Dairou is Darrius' top assassin — even if he is a former member of the Guardsmen. Unfortunately for Dairou, he got imprisoned when he wanted to kill the man responsible for the death of his family, but the guardsmen wouldn't allow it as it was against Seido's law. During an attack on jail, Dairou was freed and decided to become a mercenary. When he does find himself in a fight, he is good at hand-to-hand combat and can use a Dao sword to slice his enemies up and down. He can also shoot a star projectile from his foot, do the tombstone drop and use stealthy shadows to throw his enemies off guard. He is quite the assassin.

Takeda Takahashi[]

Takeda

Takeda using his katana.

This little boy is the son of the blinded swordsman, Kenshi, and a student of Hanzo Hassashi, leader of the Shirai-Ryu Clan. Despite his young age and inexperience in the galaxy, he uses a powerful sword, is a telepath and can use steel whips to whip his opponents down. He worked for the SF as well, under the tutelage of Johnny Cage.

Fujin[]

Fujin sword

Futen with his Devastator.

Fujin is Earth's god of wind and an old ally of Raiden. The wind God can use the powers of wind to fight the evil forces of Shao and Shinnok. Fujin never backs down from a fight, even if he is risking his life, as his duty to protect the Earth always comes first.
