Mori Katz (born October 17, 1976) is the older stepbrother of Brucie Kibbutz. He is also Jewish and from The Bronx, in New York City. He has dyed blond hair and an orange spray tan, similar to certain real life politicians. He appears in Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony as an annoying protagonist.
Biography[]
Mori Katz was born October 17, 1976 and is from The Bronx, New York City. He is of Slovak-Jewish descent whereas his younger stepbrother Brucie is of Slovenian-Jewish descent. Both of their parents were divorced when they were kids which was how the two stepbrothers met that fateful day in New York for Passover. From the moment they laid eyes on each other, everything became a competition between them.
By the 2000s, Brucie became involved in street racing, chop shop and steroid-pushing businesses whereas Mori Katz was involved in the loan sharking business. Brucie and Mori were both involved with the Russian Mafia though, particularly through William Borlinghathen. He even intimidated Luis Lopez and his nightclub owner boss named Tony Prince into paying protection money for them and even had Luis work for him. Luis' time with Mori was anything but pleasant. Mori loved to rub into Brucie and Luis' face his apparent superior good looks, dik size, the number of women he had sex with and wealth. Both Luis and Brucie found him very annoying, although Brucie tried to befriend him on numerous occasions. Luis meanwhile, had his own jabs he could poke at Mori, particularly about his size (stature, not dik size), orange tan and annoying attitude.

- Mori liked to give Brucie a hard time about how he was a "wannabe fitness enthusiast", amongst other things, like assuming Brucie used whale sperm to roid his muscles, hung out at Luis and Tony's club because he was gay, was a beta, bad chess player and was badly in debt.
- Mori is shorter than Brucie, Luis, Tony, Rayce Flaubert and most other characters in the game, thus he had something of a bad case of Napoleon syndrome.
- KGBSpetsnaz used to despise Mori with a burning passion but now, he kinda likes him simply because he put Brucie in his place and let's be real here: Brucie is kind of annoying. Well, both brothers are, but still.
- It is never specified for what exactly Gay Tony owed Mori money for, but perhaps he was involved with the Fortuntato regime.
- Similar to Mori, Brucie Kibbutz also has some mistranslated Chinese tattoos on his back. His includes a "transgender" amongst others.
- The small-time goon tattoo on Mori would imply he is only a small-time street thug, working for a more powerful mob boss, as he got those tats done years ago, before the word "goon" meant "ejaculating" in internet, gen beta slang.
