Montana's Mansion was a home of the drug lord and investor Tony Montana. Once Tony took over Edgart Diaz's empire, Tony purchased this white mansion. It is located in Shaggy's Grove, Miami, Florida, in the game. There's a small bridge connecting it with the rest of Miami. Alejandro Sausage sends his assassins to Tony's Mansion to kill him and they partly succeed, killing all of his henchmen and damaging the mansion in the process, but do not succeed in killing Montana himself.
In the game, the mansion is raided by Sausage's assassins once again, and one of the mansion wings is damaged by a rocket launcher wielded by Antonio Escuella. Montana luckily escapes before the police arrives, kills the assassins, and seizes the partially destroyed mansion. Tony, three months later, uses drug money to pay off the Miami Vice, Sonny Wescott and Charley Briggs to get his mansion back. Tony later rebuilds and renovates it into a more like satanic pyramid.
The mansion also has a garage, a swimming pool, underground tunnel, a dock, and a maze.
The mansion became property of Frank Carezzo after Tony's death in August, 2016, but after Carezzo's death in November at the hands of Lincoln Clay, the mansion became a property of Fortunato Regime.
