Ramona “Mona” Sax was an American gunwoman of Italian and Russian descent from the first two Max Payne games. She had a somewhat romantic relationship with Max Payne. She was born August 16, 1969 and died in October 2003. She had brown hair and brown eyes and was about 5’7 and 120 lbs. She also had a sister who was the wife of an Italian mafia boss, whom she despised. She can also be played as in certain parts of the game. Her flashbacks appear in Max Payne 3 and she can even be seen on that game’s cover despite being dead at that game’s time in 2012.
