Micky Féliciena Mancini is a racket boss and a Soldier of the Fortunato Regime.
Biography[]
Operator of the Tattaglia Factory in Crazy Town, Micky managed the family's cigar and liquor businesses with a steady hand, operating with more skill than is usually expected from the Tattaglias. He gained the moniker "The Mouth" because he seemed to never stop talking. Because of this, and because he was seen to work better in a business capacity, he was never allowed to "make his bones" and become an official member of the family, as the Tattaglias feared he might get killed.
In 2011, Mancini's businesses began to decline, as many key family members and soldiers had been removed by death or strong arming. Mancini himself was eventually bought out by the Corleones.
After being bought with a better offer from the Fortunato Regime, however, Mancini used his chatty personality and attitude to work up the Barzini hierarchy, eventually "making his bones" several months later. Mancini also gained a larger income and moved into a larger house opposite the factory, expanding and collaborating with the Fortunato allies, Montana Gang for weapon smuggling and DeVazzi Family for diamond smuggling.
