Maxwell Morris Shepherd is an original character created by Cod1. He is a possible antagonist in Weapon Wielders. He is the father of Weatherly Scarlett Shepherd.
He is from Concord, the capital of the state of New Hampshire, and the city his school is located in. "Max" is a man with short pushed back platinum blonde hair, red eyes, white skin, and a muscular build. He is usually seen wearing a black business suit, black dress shoes, black socks, a white dress shirt, and a red tie, or a red dress shirt without a tie.
His goal is possibly still to take all of the Weapons of Arverna. He currently has two of them, a long metal chain with a hook which he uses as his personal weapon, and an umbrella that can control the weather, and be used as a stick to hit people with, that is used by his daughter.
He can be described as being "power hungry". There are rumours that his PMC supports the drug trade, and that he is addicted to cocaine, and presumably bought some from Eric Borlinghathen before his death.
