Not much is known of Massimo's background, except that he is a Sicilian Italian and Carmine Forletti's nephew. He was killed in a gunfight with Charlie Trapani in the basement of Tito Morelli's. Shortly after, Bruno was thrown into the cremation oven by a vengeful Trapani.
