- "Quasimodo! Argh... Guardian of an arse!!!"
- — Martin being angered over his role as a guardian for Quasimodo, fuak
Martin Frollo was a senior member of The Frollo Boys Gang, and was Jehan Frollo Sr.'s youngest son.
Overview[]
As the youngest of the Frollo's, Martin was always eager to make his mark in the world like some kind of Bruno or Johnny Tattaglia. His father was impressed with the young boy's courage and bravery, and made him one of his caporegimes in the gang aka mob. Martin, along with his brothers served as a guardian for Quasimodo, though Martin always hated him. During the events of The Great Gang War, Martin and his brothers witnessed one of Rabe Maniels' lost episodes, and this caused them to go after The Lost Episode Resistance. The conflict would soon claim Martin's life as he was gunned down in the street not long after by Richard Fatchurd's men. Jehan's chief enforcer, Frank Dorchester wanted to have Fatchurd killed for killing Martin, but Jehan declined his offer as he had formed an association with Rabe Maniels and his Syndicate, who had advised him against it. As he was the youngest and most useless in the Frollo Clan, Martin's death was never avenged, and no one really cared that he died, not even his father anymore. He was never even mentioned by his father again following his hit, suggesting that his father thought nothing of him in the end.
Personality & traits[]
Martin was incredibly power-hungry, and claimed that he knew more about the family business than his brothers and even his old man. He was incredibly hated by most in the criminal underworld and was considered a stupid pushover. He always wore a cape in order to show his power in the underworld but people just laughed at him and called him a 'virgin'. Martin was also very abusive to his father's adoptive son, Quasimodo, who was properly dumb, and he once burnt some super noodles which were meant to be Martin's dinner to a crisp after finding out Marty's opinion on him. Martin often beat Quasimodo with a stick on the head or at least that's what the papers claimed. Despite his brutality, Martin was truly a coward at heart, as shown when he attempted to surrender to Richard Fatchurd's boys and even claimed he'd sell his entire crime family over to him.
