Manuel Vega (July 28, 1917-June 24, 1998) was a capo for the Koloff Family. He was born in the Soviet Union to a Russian-Spanish father and a Nigerian mother. He was best friends with fellow capo, Sergei Rimsky and a trainer for Ivan Drago. In 1998, he died of unspecified causes.
