Luis Basillio was the owner of Luis' Restaurant and is a member of the powerful Basillio Clan in The Godfather Game and The Sims series.
Biography[]
Luis, like his wife Linda, decided to take the legitimate life when he moved to the France City, as opposed to the Basillio clan business as executives or a position in an industry business. His restaurant was controlled by him and his Basillios in the early 1990s, but by the following decade most of the family were being used as hostages and Luis' Restaurant hardly had any protection and most of his family was killed by the Barzini Family. The Barzini empire who controlled the majority of Mid Town, were happy to gain another business, but offered Luis no protection and no armed guards in exchange for a cut of the business, hell, he was forced to give them a cut or else he would undoubtedly be put away. Although trying his best to resist, Luis was no match.
In 2009, Luis' restaurant became notorious for such events as the slayings of known narcotics dealer Virgil Sollozzo and police captain Mark McCluskey by Michael Corleone. Shortly afterwards, Charlie Trapani negotiated the takeover of the restaurant, which went unavenged due to the peaceful relationship between the Basillios and the Corleone Family.
In 2014, Luis was forced once again to give over his piece of the action to the Barzini mob. Like with Barzinis' treatment of him before, Luis is treated like crap.
