Luigi Fusco was a Tattaglia "rapist" and main Capo. He is a minor villain in The Godfather Game.
Biography[]
Fusco was born in Sicily to an Italian family from the Province of Naples, raised in a flat. His father was a pimp and Fusco was expected to also become one. However, Fusco was instead a drug dealer under Samuele Tattaglia's auspices and he became a close associate of his when coming to France. He worked with prostitution and finally become a pimp primarily. He also got his own crew.
Luigi was known to be particularly smart, running a raping and drugs operation by using women to smuggle the goods and bring them back to him directly. This way, none of the Tattaglias could be implicated in narcotics. However, Fusco was known to often violate these couriers, putting him at odds with members of the other 5 Families.
Fusco got at odds with Corleone Clemenza Crew member Rocco Lamp when he used his former girlfriend as one of his escort girls. Lamp contacted the Corleones about the location of his drug smuggling ring, which was in a New Town alleyway, not far from his small New Town house. During the Five Families Mob War, after the murders of several Cuneo and Stracci members, Charlie Trapani spoke with Lamp at his house and organised the hit.

Fusco was found meeting in an alleyway arranging the next delivery with one of his courier girls, and Charlie moved on him with a lead pipe, killing his bodyguards before proceeding to bludgeon Fusco to death with the lead pipe, breaking his face. The witness, one of the courier girls, was seen and killed with a pipe like Fusco. Fusco's death crippled the Tattaglia drugs crime ring.

- Luigi on PS3 has a moustache, while on Xbox 360 he hasn't.
- Fusco was operating Tattaglia's drug crime narcotics ring, while the other capo Kelly Berry was operating Tattaglia's sports crime ring.
