Lucius Dominic Jason Wagner is a villainous heir to the throne of the Never Never Land, but he still has a body of a 6 or 8 year old as that is his destiny, and is a son of Shinnok himself. However, ever since Shinnok's defeat, never one to be for feelings and only pragmatism, he now serves as one of the potential candidates for the take over of Earth and Hell, along with Chernobog and Lord Antichrist. Like Shinnok however, Lucius' ultimate goal is to reawaken either the One Being or Azathoth or both and let the two ultimate deities devour all of reality.

Lucius was born on the 18th of September, 1666 to ironically, christian parents of the Catholic religion in England (otherwise a Protestant country) during the Bubonic Plague of London. In the sixth year of his life growing up in a populated mansion under a wealthy family, rumoured to be related someway to the Tudors, Lucius decides to slaughter his entire family and their acquaintances in a year long murder spree after his father, Shinnok tells him to do so, making him proud.
Throughout the years of 1660's, Lucius secretly murdered the staff (including the maid, butler, stagecoach driver, preacher and personal teacher) and his family so he can earn his false father's large wealth, giving him enough monarch power to take over the business in the country and the rest of Europe for his true father. Lucius was successful, and all of the killings were blamed on his false father after he was murdered.
In spite of his success, he had some setback in his ambitions. An example would be when he ended up being sent to an orphanage by unsuspecting caretakers out of their belief that he was "traumatised" by mysterious deaths around him. Also, during his stay in the said orphanage, he yet gained any contact from Shinnok and his powers were mysteriously gone since the last time he used them. He suddenly gets the urge to attack a nun which makes the staff put him into a small torture room down in the basement. When a priest or a monk tries to "cure" him however, he regains his strength and powers which allows him to kill the priest instantly.
Meanwhile, farmer McGuffey in Ireland is visited by Shinnok who tells him that Lucius is his spawn required for the end of days and that he needs to protect him. McGuffey sails to England on the orders of Shinnok, who is even kind enough to pay him the fee for the ship ride.
While Lucius was killing anyone that got in his way as he made his escape from the monastery, he discovered that he has a brother named Isaac Fillmore, whom turned out to began the same quest as him but would get in his way as only one of them is meant to succeed. This was seen as Shinnok's ultimate test. After some chaotic rendezvous with McGuffey, the two brothers immediately go to kill Charles II before they go for a fight between themselves that would determined who is actually worthy of being Shinnok's own son.
In the end, Isaac is killed, and Lucius is send down to the Never Never Land where he is tutored by Adolf Ackermann and Clurkicus to become the next ruler of Hell, while the Dixmor Project plans to take over the Earth in the name of Shinnok.
After Adolf's death at the hands of Clurkicus and Shinnok's revival, Lucius is tutored by his father personally. After his father's defeat at the hands of Chernobog and the traitors of the Brotherhood of Shadow, Lucius doesn't really care as he knows that only his father's goal of conquering the world and everything that exists matters, and is thus obliged to stay on King Chernobog's good side.
Personality and traits[]
Due to his quiet never-speaking nature, little is known about Lucius' personality before his awakening into the Antichrist. However, Lucius is portrayed to have an above average intelligence in science and math, as is evidenced by learning biology at just 6 years old, yet he seems to be only average when it comes to English. Odd, right? Oh, he's also skilled at alchemy and chemistry thanks to reading some demonic grimoires.
Lucius is revealed to be quite witty through his journal entries, often making clever, and sometimes humorous remarks about the deaths of certain subjects. This makes it a plausible fact that Lucius has quite some humour. Lucius has kept his journal since forever and simply buys new and new ones after one is finished. Lucius is very creative and efficient in his methods of murder and doesn't waste his time on the sadistic torture of his subjects while trying to complete his objectives, in the way his rival, Isaac did. This is the main reason why Lucius was able to defeat Isaac: having more precious time.
Demonstrating a very calm demeanour through the entirety of these events, Lucius is never shown to be in a state of panic, fear, or rage. He proves to be very determined to answer his calling, as is displayed by his attempts to kill the nun while his powers are stripped.
His fake parents seem to be quite reserved in their affection, possibly because his mother went through atrocious pain while giving birth to him and his persistent silence coupled with vacant stares gives everybody uneasy feelings, including his father. However, they don't think much of it. It should also be noted that none of the other babies of his mother made it as they stopped breathing shortly after their birth, showing that Shinnok never planned to have any more kids than Lucius and Isaac (even though he got Isaac through another woman). Much to his real father's nature, he's sensitive to crosses, but loves the art of upside down crosses and demonic symbols.
Trivia[]
- Despite being born in 1666 England, his family photo shows him with a family that appears to rather be in the 1940's or '50's. It is plausible that he was once adopted by another family from more uh, modern times, which is certainly possible given how long he's been on Earth.
- His standard outfit, a white shirt, a black vest over it and a black tie, also do not fit the traditional 1660's England clothes.
- Apparently Lucius had a somnophilic fetish and loved to drug the female staff members to unconsciousness and then played with their limp bodies. Honestly, I don't mind that you're naughty, Lucius, I hate that it's disgusting and is making me turned on as well!
