Lucius Heinous VII is the main antagonist of Jimmy Two Shoes and the wicked CEO of Miseryville, a part of Hell itself, the Never Never Land.
Biography[]
Lucius Heinous VII, like his father, grandfather, great grandfather, and other ancestors before him, is the dictator of Miseryville and CEO of Misery Inc., a company in the Never Never Land, which was funded by Hell's monarchs to serve as another torture company for the then world's overlord, Shinnok. He is a demon much like most residents of the Never Land and his oldest but laziest son Beezy, who hopefully will never take the reins and Lucius has some sort of goblin or imp as his second-in-command named Sammy Garvin, who is actually pretty useless. His top general is a demon warmonger named General Molotov, who is pretty capable of doing his tasks and he has a mistress named Jez. His son Beezy is just too darn stupid to know that his dad is cheating on his mother, who he has locked up in the Pit of Judecca, and thinks that Jez is just his stepmom, or maybe even real mother. Lucius Heinous VII runs Miseryville with an iron fist, allowed to do so by his superiors. He is also a manchild, much like his oldest son and has a bad tendency to constantly throw temper tantrums whenever things don’t go his way, but he is actually intelligent, unlike his son. He is always at the throats of both; the show’s main protagonist Jimmy Two Shoes and Miseryville Mafia don and mad scientist Heloise. Essentially, Lucius Heinous VII’s goal is to make everyone in Miseryville as miserable as humanly possible, something he succeeds with almost everyone, save for the two aforementioned characters. During the war between Shinnok and Olaf Tutchenko, Heinous funded Shinnok with all the souls he tortured and made miserable, making Shinnok succeed. He funded Chernobog and his minions during the Black God's take over of Hell, though. Unlike the rest of Hell's dictatorial system, it is possible that Lucius' dictatorship is considered corporatist or fascist, in a similar fashion to Augusto Pinochet or Rafael Trujillo, both of whom were folks he is quite similar to in many ways.
Trivia[]
- He is a parody off of Lucifer, otherwise known as Satan or the Devil.
- He is very similar in personality to Mr. Krabs, Sheldon Plankton, Squilliam Fancyson, Donald Trump, the Clintons, Robbie Rotten, Devin Weston and Scoutmaster Lumpus. He is probably similar to some other whining power-obsessed characters as well.
- For some unexplained reason, similar to Reiko, Lucius has an intense dislike for Quan Chi.
- Like many demons and like how his surname would suggest, Lucius is indeed Heinous, for he thwarted his own father to take his place while his ancestors did the same and he doesn't even remember how his sons look like.
- The fact that Lucius is so short, but his only known son, Beezy, so tall could be a reference to the Barrel family's situation on height. Paul Barrel was around 5'5", while both of his sons, Eddy (better known as the Undertaker) and Kane, are 6'10 and 7'.
- However, Paul Barrel's wife was known to be pretty tall, while Lucius' wife is never shown, but it is assumed she was tall as well.
- Unlike most demons of Hell, Lucius and his family have the Earth's life expectancy, but not his extended family. Maybe Quan Chi had something to do with it.
- He shares the same first name as Lucius Wagner, Shinnok's own son.
