Lottie Morgan is a minor character in The Sims series, who appears in the Urbz game and is mentioned in Bustin' Out and Simps 3. As seen from her surname and obvious spoiled nature, she is the daughter of Charles Morgan, and a cousin to Flaky.
She is a similar character as Mimi Basillio, as she is obnoxiously rich, resents having to work, is rather unfriendly, and enjoys attention. She works as a bartender at the local Starbucks when her parents or family come around so they can believe she has a job.

Despite only appearing in one game, Lottie is an important character to the progression of the storyline due to her big bucks, and the player must borrow money from her when he hits rock bottom after failing to pay the electricity bills due to the govt.'s crooked ways. After borrowing some money, she gives the player two weeks to pay her back... with interest, hehe. When she gets the money she is owed, she alerts the player to the existence of a nightclub called Jizzle when the player asks where to get a drink. If the player fails to pay her back, the game ends as she sends a hitman to kill the player and toss his/her body down the drain to be eaten by rats.
Lottie doesn't appear in any other game than the Urbz, though she is frequently mentioned in Simps 3 and Bustin' Out on the internet or newspapers.
It's hinted that Lottie might have a crush on Zac Efron, stating that she once hang outside of his mansion in LA, hoping that he will notice her and give her his autograph. She has managed to get his autograph 12 times and hangs these all over her bedroom, meaning she could be a bit of obsessed with him. She also mentions that she watched his movie, Baywatch, 10 times already. Presumably because he is naked there.

Lottie is portrayed to be a very spoiled daddy's girl, once even claiming she asked her dad to buy a football team for her. She also asked her parents to buy her a Disney-styled castle, kill someone for her, buy her three brand new yachts and buy her an entire bowling alley and a pizzeria. She also complains that her current apartment doesn't have room for a second bowling alley and that it is located below a Chinese restaurant, neighbouring a rival Italian restaurant in the next flat.
Despite all of this, Lottie doesn't appear to be a bully.

- Lottie has met the family's current head, William Calvin Morgan, only once in her life back when she was 15. She said she enjoyed his company as he spoiled her with gifts as well. She appears to be unaware that he leads the Dixmor Project, basically the world and perhaps it's better that way.
