Biography[]
A French-American, Leo was known for his savvy in matters of business and finance. He gained his money from the Stracci family's explosive shop that was run through his loyal homie, Kyle Stracci.
However, in 2010, Grossi's explosives business began to fail due to the death of one of his explosives transporters, Plinto Ottaviano. After this, he fled to Scotty's Biscotts in Old Town.
- "We believe in this one thing: the Straccis already want to bomb us outta our business for some good time. Leo Grossi is supposed to be the guy planning things. Put him down."
