The meeting between Lard and some of each planet's representatives.
The Bith Lard's Accords was a non-aggression pact between the planets of the Multiverse Federation in the Galaxy that lasted for around 6 years.
The accords were named after the ruler and emperor of Sota (SOOODDAAA!!! Yells Biden), Bith Lard, since it was his idea and they were created on 15 January, 2018/18 AH in order to make peace between the planets and stop the endless wars which benefited... No one. Afterwards, the representatives of each planet, and Bith Lard himself, agreed to the pact that would call for discussions before conflict between the planets would happen and leave any collaboration at their mutual discretion or interest.
The pact has been remaining for a few years, however, before it truly dissolved, the then fool of a President of the United States of America, Frank Kenson almost broke the accords on February 16 AH when he wanted to go to yet another war with Outworld, believing they are unfit to be a part of the pact and distrusted Kotal Kahn, the then ruler. The state of the accords were then thin ice, mostly due Kenson's hate of Outworld amongst other planets. He was in fact disliked by most rulers of other worlds.
Despite being designed to do exactly the opposite, Lard's Accords eventually allowed the War on Seido to be set in motion, with the Never Never Land viciously attacking the Orderworld. So far so good for them, but this was the catalyst that the Accords would soon be finished.
Kenson on the other hand, has quit to start a world with Outworld... for now. It is unknown if the Accords and their officers would allow him to start a war unlike with Adolf Ackermann.
As of Azazel's Orinion VS Lanulos war and the war against Outworld before, the accords have been whipped out of the Multiverse's existence since Azazel held power over them as well.
