Lamar is a Jamaican gambler at The Grand Casino in the live action sitcom called Casino. He is best friends with a Cuban gambler named Antonio. Even though he is portrayed by a rapper named T-Pain, it is unknown whether or not he is himself. He sometimes asks Oleg about how Natalia and Rory are doing. He isn't the hugest fan of Bill Hicks or Detective Merrick, especially because they want the casino shutdown as well as Oleg, Natalia, and Rory to be arrested.
