Lady Copperbottom (real name Elisabeta Aviana Copperbottom) is an American noble and a member of the wealthy Copperbottom Clan plus the director of the Copperbottom Booze.

Elisabeta Copperbottom is a rich lady and a self-proclaimed noble in US where she lives in a mansion she inherited from her daddy in Stormalong Harbour.
Coming from a very wealthy family, it weren't hard for Copperbottom to get a job as a CEO of a booze-making company which hold in its grasp a bunch of factories. She was a close friend of Damon Redwood, CEO of the Redwood Cigarettes Co. and even Tom Hagen. However, there was a sober woman who stood greatly in this Lady's way: Abigail Peppercorn. Miss Copperbottom convinced her assassin, Javier Escuella that Abby was becoming quite a pain in the rear end and that she wished to see tequila destroyed as well, making Javier rage n' sith and he agreed to kill her after coming from work at the Grain Factory.
After killing off miss Abby with his trusty Commando Knife and spitting on her corpse before rapping her, Javier took a picture and send it to Copperbottom, getting some large sums of money as a reward and was invited out to a fancy, high-class restaurant the next day by the Queen Elizabeth-looking woman where they ate some thousand dollars deer meat. After hearing the sad news, Abby's right-hand, Mathias Jetson decides to get revenge on Javier and Lady Bottom while they are dining. While he attempts to shoot them both, posing as a waiter, Javier notices his gun behind his jacket and quickly subdues him by pushing him on the ground. Lady Bottom is shocked and orders Escuella to snap his neck and then bring his corpse to their mansion's basement where it'll be used as a chess board. Javier complies despite Mathias' cries for merci and snaps the fool's neck while Lady Copperbottom just laughs sadistically before the two continue their dinner while Mathias lays dead on the floor, getting all flied up n' sith from his putrid smell.
The rest of Lady Elisabeta Copperbottom's life is shrouded in mystery, although due to her rich status, she is possibly living quite the life.

This Lady, this Elizabeth Windsor-looking lady is quite arrogant and can be seen that she was spoiled beyond belief when she was yung. As soon as Elisabeta goes out of her manor to the streets, she expresses concern and disgust for poor people and practically forces those peasants to bow down to her and address her as their queen, the first Queen of US, she says.
All and all, Elisabeta seems to care only for herself and gives much on her looks. However, she appears to hold some degree of respect for Javier Escuella and is against racism, or at least we're told, she apparently uses 'wetback' as in insult privately. Elisabeta cares much about cleanliness: she panics while walking into the kitchen or any other room if everything's not in order and will yell at her servants for being careless and dirty. She carries a bug spray with her wherever she goes and hates ugliness and dirty stuff to a fault. When she heard that the family's gardener, a black man who picked apples outside all day and took care of the flowers, was not at all bothered about getting muddy or dirty, Elisabeta scolded him and told him he'll be fired if he ever disagrees with her again. "I apologise, Madam." sayeth the gardener. She shows interest in fashion and makes sure she is always dressed pretty and well and for the right occasion. She indulges in full spa treatments as well and eats out at the best and fanciest restaurants while throwing some crumbs of her meal to local hobos before laughing in their faces, aka feces. Despite this, she does care very much for her husband and her children and possibly the extended family as well as she writes letters to Reginald Copperbottom as well.

- Her rank, title or status as a noblewoman in a country not practicing monarchy is similar to Ivan Drago's.
- Her official position is unknown. She sometimes refers to herself as a 'Lady' and has it written even on her ID card but sometimes she calls herself 'The Queen', as do her servants. It is possible she is a lesser noble, though, like a Lady.
- Ironically, she is the employer of Javier Escuella, a former socialist to a fault who hated rich people and wished to see them burn back when working for Dutch van der Linde. What's more ironic is the fact that Elisabeta is a descendant of the same wealthy dynasty that Escuella and the Dutch's Gang fought against and opposed back when the gang was still active. Hell, they even burned down Helen Copperbottom's mansion.
- True to her nickname, she is based upon Queen Elizabeth II.
- Despite her mannerisms, she is actually a part of the Democratic Party, although her she might consider herself more of a centre-moderate than left-wing.
- Despite owning a bunch of beer and 'cohol factories, she herself is abstinent.
- Whether she got her potato tumor from incest or not is unknown.
