Léna Missy is some bratty child whomst've was born in Nazi Germany a week after Olaf Tutchenko came to power. Her father is Adolf Hitler, that dicktator from Germany . Her mother is called Eva Braun, later Tathcneko.
She was born on 23 of October, 10 AH/65 AWW2 in Berlin, Nutze Germany a week after Olaf's rice to powah'. After her parents passed away, she was homeless and she needed money for a brand new home (I needed the money. How much do u charge to kill somepony?) but somebody knew that her parents were some Hitler and hated her for it, for that somebody was quite the Aryan supremacist. One day, Ratfak Plahta took her into his house and he gave her everything: from food to drink, bed, etc.
But she wasn't that lucky, the po-po found her and she was sentenced to jail for 3 years because of the war crimes her idol committed: Olaf Tutchenko and for the crimes that she committed: first degree murder of one of Peppercorn's sober men, burglary of a jewel from Stein's Jewellery and destruction of an alien shrine. She spent 10 years in jail. When she get out from prison the same guy took her back home, that Plahta guy.

He just wanted a daughter, but didn't want Léna to have his surname for some reason. The local hussar suggested Plahtkanovik to be her new name. Raftak disagreed, so Léna stayed without a surname ever since. Ratfakta had to agree that it's better this way than to be named after him or Olaf. Imagine if her name was Léna Tutchenko or some sit.
