Kim Jing Wei was a student on the Dixmor Academy in Texas, US, arriving there from China as the COVID-19 crisis started to get hot in there. Her uncle was a loose member of the Chinese Triads and her family moved to the United States of America, settling in Bullworth. She is a villain in Bully II.
She was the perpetrator of the Dixmor Academy school massacre as well as a female assassin for the Triads.

Kim was born to an already troubled household in Ürümqi, China, and the was the eldest of three children. Her father, Kim Feng Wei is megalomaniacal case with an unstoppable desire for ultimate power, despite the entire family living in a poor apartment and thus frequently beats Jing's mother when things don't go his way, while Jing tries her best to appease him. Nevertheless, he sometimes yells at her as well. Jing Wei would supposedly beat her younger siblings when depressed or angry, either with fists or with any type of object she could find lying around their room. Once she beat her younger brother to unconsciousness with a broken microwave. According to Kim's grand-jam (grandparents), she was a maniac! Maniac! And she danced like she never danced before once when playing DDR at Vava's Cartoon Building.
In 2019 during the 'Rona outbreak starting out in China, Kim and her fam were allowed to move to the United States of America, eventually settling in Bullworth, Texas, a crappy bible belt country, which had a large racist community. Kim was enrolled at the local Dixmor's, one of the worst schools in the country and state. The place was disastrous for the Kim family, with Feng being shunned and yelled upon by his co-workers for being Chinese while working at the local factory, Kim's mother Lee being sexually harassed by Umberto Hattrick while working at the dry-cleaning store and little Jing being bullied and teased mercilessly by most of the Dixmor Academy school students and faculty, especially Williams' Gang, Mr. Hill and Mr. Pearson. Despite being a quiet girl and being teased, Kim was quite prideful of herself, but never socialised much with her family, let alone anyone at the new school. One of the worst examples of her abuse was when a couple of Williams' henchmen spilled some water on the ground from the nearby water tank that they broke and while Kimmy was walking down the hallway, she slipped and fell hard on her back, showing up middle fingers while she did while most of the students in the vicinity laughed at her. Colton Williams and Colby Smith were laughing with full bellies and Arley Zaxton threw an apple at her head, breaking the fruit to bits! Saying "go back to Japan, you purple-haired c*nt!".
One day during Deirdre Philips' art classes, a couple of jocks poured a bunch of colouring cans around the class and then threw Kim into 'em, leaving her motionless and depressed on the ground, staring at the wall while her outfit was all dirty, from the outside and inside. Another event which really made her depressed was when she fell asleep in class and Alex Norcroft woke her up by pouring hot water all over her head, making her yell as Hell and run out of the classroom, with almost the entire class laughing! That really was too much... However, what the school didn't know was that Kim was getting a dark and morbid obsession with mass murderers, mobsters, and dictators alike, putting posters and fan art of Adam Lanza, Mao Zedong, George Hennard and Stalin on her walls. Kim also became transfixed on weapons, mostly handguns and when her parents found out about this and her posters, she was immediately sent to a psychiatrist, Dr. Bambi, who diagnosed her as a paranoid sociopath who may explode any minute now - he was right.
Her grades were never above D but she gave little dams about that anyway. She was bullied and taunted by Williams' boys a lot when getting a low grade, them saying that she's stupid but if she got a good grade, they said she's just another nerd. Despite being bullied as hell, Kim was something of a jerk herself and she used to push nerds against the lockers and even tackled Shelton Thompson to the ground, spitting directly into his eye in the process. She would also make fun of Ray Hughes and Eunice Pound's weights, also throwing bananas at them. Mr. George Matthews had her removed once from his class when she put a globe on fire, saying she'll do this to the world soon. This made Matthews crap his undies and he send her to Justin Roberts Sr.'s office who sended her home for a day and told her parents over the phone they'll pay for a new globe. However, the Kims barely got enough money for that, and thus Feng locked her up to her room for a day without internet and told his two other kids to go laugh at her. The next week in school, Kim began to stalk the lesbian couple of Twilight and Lara, she was bisexual herself and even began to pleasure herself to their makeouts and touchings while in the showers or outside, with Jing being hidden in the lockers or bushes where they couldn't see her. However, one day Twilight spotted her staring at them from behind a column in the empty hallways and threatened her, prompting Lara to join her and together they manage to tackle Kim to the ground and kick her twice before Jing crawled and ran away.
At the same time, Kim began to develop chloroform and other knockout fetishes and masturbated to her dirty fantasies concerning Lara daily when alone in the girls' dorm. Kim also began to become a bigger bully herself, harassing Peter Kowalski, Thomas van Graaf and their circle of friends in the school. Kim began to develop an online friendship with some Logan Ethan Brown, another outcast on another school, who got severely bullied in elementary school. She also made herself a Reddit account and like a bunch of Big Chungus memes. She is also believed to be good friends with Claude.
