Justin Westwood is a central character in Agent, and serves as one of the show's two main protagonists together with his partner, Richard Mason. They are both CIA agents who are tasked with taking down every crime gang in the city of Seattle, Washington, US.

Biography[]

Westwood was born in Seattle, Washington on September 19, 1928/72 BH in the second timeline to a British mother and a Yankee father. His father was a senior detective of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, also known as the FBI and this is what inspired Westwood to become a CIA agent. At some point in his life, Westwood served in the Outworld War, and during his time in the war that he caught some PTSD after his entire platoon was killed after being kidnapped by rival soldiers, lead by Reiko. By 1962/48 BH, Westwood had joined the CIA, became an agent, and was partnered with the loudmouth Richard Mason. They also did work with the spymaster James Hampton.

Working for Leskov[]

Four years after joining the CIA in 44 BH, Westwood and Mason were ordered by their superior, James Hampton to take down every gang in the city: which would allow them to make Seattle safe again. They started their quest by infiltrating the Leskov Family by working as hired goons for Andrei Ivanov, a high-ranking member of the family. Their work with Andrei got them introduced to Vladimir Leskov himself, head of the family. Vlad warned them to not mess with him, and they began doing odd jobs for him, which included washing his smelly feet. Vlad discovered through one of his contacts in the CIA that the pair were government agents, so he arranged their assassination with Andrei's help. Westwood and Mason were able to survive the attempt on their lives when they dodged his bullets in the supermarket, and were able to kill Andrei in the process. They later kill Vlad's bi lover, Homie the Clown, as well as his other capo, Mr. Manatee.

A New Partner[]

Three months later, the pair begin dealing drugs with the Red Lizard Clan, led by The Three Tigers and this got them introduced to the show's other primary villains; Mitchell D'Angelo and Julio Contreras. Mitchell is head of the Angelo Family, which is the most powerful gang in the city, and Julio is the head of the Cuban Cartel, with some connections to the newly-established Marina Family in New York.

Personality and traits[]

Westwood is far more straitlaced, and much more blunt than his partner, Mason. He also has his dumb moments as shown goes on, like when he believes a car could drive on water. He is a family man, unlike Mason, and has a lovely wife and kids. He is also strongly against murder, but will do it if it is justified as shown when he killed Andrei and his henchmen. He also doesn't believe in ghosts, but is a Christian. He believes in Isus Christus and that Gait is his father, but is always open to discuss other beliefs and religions, respectively. He suffers from PTSD, and it serves as one of his only serious factors.

Trivia[]

  • Justin is actually a diabetic, which is hinted in several episodes when he is seen drinking water and complaining that his body keeps giving away sweet and sour odour and claims he needs pills and needles for his body to calm down.
  • He is a heavy smoker, but he doesn't drink. Perhaps his excessive smoking is one of the causes for the diabetes.
  • Westwood once beat up a farmer for a few bucks when he owed him, which is a similar situation to Arthur Morgan and Thomas Downes.
  • Depending on the timeline, he might actually be a Raiden worshipper, as most people from Earth are, as it's a different version of christianity in a way, like Craptholicism and Protestantism.
