Juan was a soldier under the command of Colonel Agustin Allende. Two years before the events of Red Dead Revolver 3dn, Juan participated in a battle against American Forces over a bridge along the American - Mexican border.

Juan is seen during the flashback level "Battle on Teh Bridge", where he was one of the soldiers assisting Allende in holding off the American forces at the bridge. During the battle, Juan may be killed or survived.
