Josuke Higashikata is one of El Chapo's allies and is also a member of the Bilderberg's, run by an unknown Headmaster, but Josuke took orders from Henry Kissinger. Well, he did, until Henry died. Now he takes his orders from William Calvin Morgan. He killed Justin Bieber and claimed it was "a car accident" and he ended up getting away with murder. MURDAH! His BFF, Crazy Diamond, is addicted to crack and loves to play Smash Bros with Josuke, preferring Mario over Luigi as hwell.
Josuke was once banned from TeamSpeak because he was yelling at other kids because he was losing a Call of Duty game. Josuke refuses to lose, and will do crazy things just to win. Cratsy. Later on, he decided to move to Discord where mods aka admins are a bunch of overweight, bearded hentai-fappers living in their parents' basement or attic. A few days later he was banned on Discord for starting raids with Jotaro and RickRolling a mod aka admin, plus uploading memes, which are illegal on Discord. Both of them are terminated from Discord. Josuke was so furious that he decided to no longer play any damn video games ever again. EVER! His father Joseph had to buy another TV because Josuke broke it because he was angry. Just like with me IRL.
His best friend Okuyasu Nijimura, claims himself as a registered sex offender from Florida and helped Josuke get away with murder. The state of Florida has asked Okuyasu to disclose his sexual crimes live. He was bad, but now he's good, he's cumming into your neighbourhood! Joseph was surprised that all of them lost their minds. Even Jotaro was acting crazy! CRATSY! Joseph sent all of them into the Dixmor mental asylum because of their crazy behavior, a loony bin owned by the Dixmor Project whomst runs the world. Later then, Joseph shot Justin Bieber because it turns out Josuke killed Justin Bieber because Justin was shooting children and Joseph felt the same way.
In the end, Justin Bieber was arrested by Joseph. Oh, that Beaver.
