Joey's Baked Goods was a bakery in New Town, run by Joey Ambroise, a former citizen of Crazy Town. Despite his tough-ass-nails nature, he was persuaded to allow a Stracci explosives shop set up in his basement, run by the psychotic Pinkie Pie.
In 2010, during The Five Families Mob War, the bakery was attacked by Charlie Trapani, who had Ambroise and Pie hand over their percentages to him.
In 2014, however, the Fortunato Regime took over the bakery for their own empire after the Corleone Family were hitting on hard times due to the death of Don Al Neri.
