Joseph "Joe" Felixson is a minor character featured in Scarface: Twiy.

Joe was born in Dominican Republic on 8th of June 1983, and immigrated to Miami, Florida in 2001, were he was arrested for armed robbery. Joe was arrested two more times: once in 2003 for burglary, and in 2005 for marijuana possession. At some point in his life in Miami, he met Tone Montana and Manny Ribera, and they became very close friends, founding the Montana Gang in 2006.

Joe is only seen in one of the first missions of the game, and he will never be encountered again after it (his voice can still be heard clear as day when doing a Joe's lead, however). Weeks after Montana's Mansion was destroyed, Tony went to Joe and asked what had happened while he was gone. Joe told Tony that everyone was fighting for control of Miami, where Joe told Tony that the only drug dealer they could trust was Coco. Tony thanked Joe and told him that things could change if Joe worked for him, which Joe agreed to. Tony then says "You work for me? We take this town... By the balls!".
