James Victor "Jimmy" "Jay" Sizzle is the chef and owner of J. Sizzle's Steakhouse in Mid Town in The Godfather Game.

A friend of the Corleone Family, Sizzle was nevertheless forced to promise allegiance to the Cuneos due to their newfound domination of the area in 2003. Sizzle cooperated with Cuneo enforcer Lorenzo Allegro, who kept a steady eye on Sizzle's business dealings and also saved him from bankruptcy.
However at the beginning of the end of The Five Families Mob War, Sizzle was convinced to pledge his allegiance to Corleones and Allegro was quickly made to follow suit.
In 2013 however, Jimmy and Allegro were once again forced to change their allegiance, this time to the Fortunato Regime.
