James Martin Volodimir Dixmor is a supporting villain of this Wiki and one of Balthazar the Behemoth's main rivals. After Sniffles' descend into the Never Never Land and the conquering of the Dixmor Project into Order of the Beast, James betrayed his own family and created a cult called Society of Puppet Killers, dedicated to him and the Beastmen for whom Jimmy worked now.

James Dixmor, a Dixmor who would cherish his "Puppet Master" title above all else was born in the Saratov in Saratov oblast, former Soviet Union (today Russia) to Richard Dixmor, a well-respected doctor and Bernanda Dixmor, a skillful milliner and was the youngest of 5 children. He moved with his family to the United States of America at a young age where Richard Dixmor started to work for his cousins, Maxwell Dixmor and Murkoff Dixmor in the Dixmor Asylum. Unlike what one would expect from a Dixmor, Jimmy was socially maladjusted, inceled, awkward, looked down upon and had no friends. Not even his siblings cared much for him. Having no real friends, Jimmy started buying dolls and puppets from local toy shops and began socialising with them instead, even though they were not real. However, this would more often than not earn him ridicules from Edmond Dixmor and take a large toll on his self-esteem.
After he finished college, majoring in science but again with no friends, he sought business advice from his brother Joseph Dixmor. Joey taught him a little, but James was jealous of his siblings' popularity (especially Joseph's) and the fact that they knew how to earn and spend their wealth and most importantly, that they had friends and a lot of power, while James was some bald freak with incel tendencies. James decided he had enough of his siblings and so he sabotaged Joseph's workplace by rigging his work office with explosives. However Joseph caught him in the act and when the two fought, Jimmy threw a grenade into his face, killing him while Edmond, who just stepped into the office, was blinded in one eye during the explosion. James fled the crime scene and sought protection from René Dixmor, his grand cousin who took him under his shelter and used his money to bribe the police to leave James alone and label Joseph's death an accident.
Things began to take a turn for James and he started a relationship with a woman named Brielle, and adopted her daughter, Alice, as his own. When Brielle was assassinated by two Spys who worked for Edmond Dixmor, his brother, it was more than he could bear and he lost his sanity totally. It was at this time that he first began experimenting with radioactive clay that he got as a gift from René so he could take revenge on Edmond. But Jimmy had a different tactic in mind. He realised if he had enough of mutated clay, he could create clay minions out of it for himself. His daughter Alice, volunteered freely to be his first test subject and Jimmy started to manipulate clay with her body. The project however, was a complete failure and Alice died like if she was in the Chernobyl accident. This left James even more depressed and he contemplated suicide, but before he could do anything the Project Militia bursted through the door of his house under Thomas Dixmor's orders and he was to be taken for questioning about Joseph's death and Edmond's blindness. Jimmy was then locked up in the Dixmor asylum which was under the leadership of Marko Dixmor, his grand godfather who told Richard to disown James and he did, leaving Jimmy to be used as a test subject for the Dixmor Scientists and losing all of his human rights. However, James was able to mastermind a jailbreak using Ugo Dixmor, his relative who worked for the Scientists, to take pity on him and release him along with two or three other Dixmor Inmates. Jimmy thanked Ugo and told him he'll one day take the Dixmor Project over for himself and that then he'll be ruler supreme before escaping. However, when Jimmy came out of the Asylum, onto the parking lot, a Spy shot him once in the back, making him fall down hard. James faked death by lying motionless on the ground after the shot and the Spy turned around and walked back into the asylum, thinking James was dead. About half an hour later, Jimmy got back up and continued his escape, although he was wounded. After finding a shelter in a hobo community, he was approached by a short, but strange man with a Mad Hatter-like hat who offered his slimy hand in friendship or alliance with James. Jimmy stood up and smiled evilly for he knew he was in the company of a great friend.
James would be initiated into a secret society of Gerald Techt called the Order of the Beast, where he would use animated puppets as his soldiers and worshippers, thusly creating a Society of Puppet Killers who would serve James well. Gerald explained to him that his society will wage a war against the Dixmor Project one day and would rule the Earth their way, using many demonic beings who opposed Shinnok as their main allies.
In the next mission, James personally, along with the Mad Hatter Techt and Dr. Robotnik attempted and succeeded in blackmailing the US President Frank Kenson, threatening to expose his identity as Francesco Barzini less he sells them some of his chemical plants so they can experiment some... bombs or some crap. Him and Robotnick then used their wits to create the Toxic Monster, a large brainless brute who served them, and used him (plus a bunch of Jimmy's puppets) to attack the secret base the Project had in Mexico and to melt the files they had on Mad Hatter and James. The Toxic monstrosity would complete his work and was then sold over to Cap'n Francisco Bizzgotto, who needed a bunch of monstrous minions as well to scare away the rival captain who planned on taking over his ship, the Diablo Doro.
Seeming unstoppable, the Puppet Master and Robotnik trapped Jimmy's brother, Thomas Dixmor into a dark cellar in the basement as revenge for him bullying James in the past; Tommy would go mad in the dark basement and would plea James to let him out on some fresh air and sunlight, but Jimmy would only laugh in his face and proclaim that he won it all and that the Project is dead.
