Itchy Stein was a minor character from the 2008 videogame Scarface: The World Is Yours and an associate of George Sheffield, who was ordered alongside with an industrial Worker to lure Tone Montana to Freedomtown, where he tried to kill him.

He contacted Tone and claimed to know about the whereabouts of Elvira (Tony's ex-wife), but it was actually a trick to lure Tony into a trap but Tony dosen't die so easy. He sent rednecks to kill him, but they were outmatched and wiped out. Tony later chased Stein with a Cigarette Gun Boat and eventually destroyed his boat but Stein wasen't seen nowhere, he was not counted omong the dead.

Stein can be seen walking around the Industrial Park where Tony can talk to him, if Tony talks to him he will be rude to him and tell him to "Jerk off". After that Tony can punch him, and Stein will fall in coma.
