Isabella Monty (nee Pantalone) was a playable character in The Sims 2. She resided with her husband at the Cliffside Restaurant back when she was still alive before handing the whole restaurant over to her husband.

Info[]

After coming to Australia in the 1960's and marrying with the then love of her life, Patrizio, Isabella sold her share in a profitable garden centre to pursue her dream of owning the "most perfect restaurant" in Australia. She carries herself with the quiet confidence of a beloved grandmother unlike her husband who carries confidence and grumpiness of someone who is not confident at all.

Personality and traits[]

Unlike her grumpy husband, Patrizio Monty, Isabella was a heart-warming and cheerful woman, treating the guests with respect rather than anything else. Isabella was one of the kinder people in the game and despised argument above anything else. She did her best to try and see the good in anybody. She shared this kindness with the likes of Felicity Midson and Jessica Jones.

It is mind-babbling how she got a grumpy old fossil like Patrizio as her husband, however, he might have been more cheerful and nicer in his younger years when they met. Nevertheless they had a very good relationship for a few weeks before she died. The Restaurant's butler, Don Treadwell, who died a year before Isabella, was also more of Patrizio's liking than that of 'Bella, and was very arrogant.

But like her husband, Isabella very rarely gave discounted prices at the restaurant, however, her food was worth the money unlike her husband's food who is barely average.

Death[]

Isabella died exactly the same way the former butler Treadwell and guest Timmy Tool died; stucking her old-s hand into a Peppy Pete's slot machine which is now known for the death it strikes into people (literally). The slot machine torn her diseased, so to speak, arm off as it did to Treadwell and Timmy. Her funeral was held a day after on 16 April, attended by her husband, her son Marco, family members and family friends.

The reason for putting her wrinkled hand into the slot machine in the first place is still unknown and probably will never be known.
