Isaac Kowaldski is a gambler who often participates in the art of blackjack at some of LV's finest casinos. He is a resident of Nevada and comes from Poland. He has some Jewish and African roots as well. He is a hipster and possibly pan or bisexual. He gets a lot of crap alike from other gamblers who usually pick on his race and are Kenson supporters.
He is quite similar to Dolph Starbeam from The Simpsons minus his bullying streak.
