The Industrial Zone is a neighbourhood on an island in Miami connected by bridges to North Town and Downtown. Due to its proximity to Downtown, it was heavily influenced by Nacho's Gang, who had a strong presence in Downtown in the 2005's, before the Montana Gang took it over.

The Industrial Zone is as what it seems to be; an area filled with factories and smokestacks. The Zone was an impoverished community, as the poor blue collar people worked at the nuclear power plants, and the wealthy lived in North Town and South Town. It is considered a part of Downtown, as it is close in proximity to Downtown itself.
From 2004 to 2012, the Industrial Zone was influenced by Nacho's Gang, a gang that was based in Downtown, and was the second most powerful gang in Miami, behind only Gomez Gang. The Industrial Zone was conquered in 2012 by Tony Montana after he killed all of the Contreras gang members in their gang nest there. However, after Jack Morganson's death, the zone was ruled by the criminal underworld called the Innocentz, but individual Montana criminals still operated there.
