Isaiah "Ike" Blumenthal is a minor character in Tales from Queen City: The Ballad of Sean Killian. He was voiced by David Young, who also voiced Jeremy O'Connell in the same game.

Ike Blumenthal was born on 18th of September, 1977 in a second largest city in New Porter state called Birchwood City to a wealthy Russian-Jewish-American family and when he was 25, he moved to Queen City, where he became heavily invovled in media production. Within five years, thanks to the connections to his wealthy family, especially to his maternal uncle Ezekiel, he quickly became one of the most powerful businessmen in Queen City, alongside David Henderson and Fred Gurner.
Events of The Ballad of Sean Killian[]
Throughout the game, Blumethal is mentioned several times as he was invovled in a plan with Fred Gurner to kill David Henderson and share his success with each other and the Russian Mafia. Their plan failed and backfired at them as Henderson survived both the attempts on his life thanks to protagonist, Sean Killian. Henderson kidnapped and executed Gurner in a derelict warehouse and after fleeing the city thanks to his insurance scandal failing, he had Killian to kill Blumenthal as he arrived at the airport along with the Russian mobsters, who were protecting him, in order to kill Henderson before he flees the city.
