Gregory Cavanaugh was a Bloodhunts assassin from Manhunt, who operated with the other Bloodhunters in the town of Cottonmouth, West Virginia.

Nothing is known of Cavanaugh's background other than that he is some sort of a redneck white supremacist and comes from Florida. Him and James Gibarre could've have known each other prior their careers as Bloodhunters.
Gregory was known as one of the more talkative types of Bloodhunts and had a girlishly southern accent, if I may say so.
Death[]
In 2003, he and a couple of other Bloodhunters were ordered to kill Daniel Lamb as he was leaving the VVE Studio in Cottonmouth at their hideout. Gregory, Gibarre, and Bobby Roma took some cover while shooting at Lamb form afar. Lamb, however, under the pressure from Leo Kasper, from a vantage point, shot all three of them before they could kill him as they merely injured him.

- Gregory claims he has a tattoo of a rising eagle from the ashes under a swastika on his right arm, showing his dedication to the lifestyle of the Nazi Ultranationalists.
- He also has a scorpion tattoo on his left arm and some more neo-nazi styled tattoos.
- Despite being killed in 2003, his character model appears as a common enemy in missions against Bloodhunts in Mafia III.
