Grand Theft Auto: Capital City is Cod1’s idea for a new game in the Grand Theft Auto series. This game is set in Capital City, which is based on real life Washington, D.C.. The games two main protagonists and playable characters are an African-American gang member named Jerome Washington, and a Caucasian aid to a congressman named Andrew Anderson.
Story[]
The player begins the game as Andrew Anderson, a low ranking aide to a senator from the state of San Andreas named Richard Dixon who is running to become the next president of the United States of America. Andrew starts off picking up drugs and arranging meetings with prostitutes and gang leaders for Richard Dixon. Later in the game, Andrew, Jerome, and Richard, work together to stage assassinations, blackmail campaigns and other politically-motivated acts in their struggle for power.
