Giovanni Armanno was a capo in the Tattaglia Family and a villain in The Godfather Game.
Biography[]
Johnny Tattaglia's right-hand man in Crazy Town, Armanno with pleasure helped the Tattaglias, who were under attack from the Corleone Family. In order to defeat them, Armanno kidnapped an FBI Agent in order to blackmail him into building a case against the Corleones, instead of the Tattaglias.
Armanno went into hiding with the agent in tow, and several Corleones were dispatched to find him, under the direction of Rocco Lamp. He was discovered in the basement of St. George's Church in New Town and was hit in the wall to death by Charlie Trapani, leaving the agent unharmed.
He is also seen getting a fatality in The Godfather Game trailer.

- In a third, sithy timeline which had quickly been scrapped, he worked for the Barzini Family instead of Tattaglia, due to Victor Barzini finding him first before Johnny Tattaglia.
