The Gaspar's Gang was runned by Gaspar Gomez and was the most powerful gang in Miami after the mansion shootout at the start of the game. They control North and South Town and the Trailer Park near Little Banana and control the price of all drugs in all of Miami and Mexico. They rise to power after Tony "dies". After Tony wipes out the Diaz and Contreras gangs, he takes North and South town, forcing the remaining members to flee to Bolivia. When Tony attacks Sausage's mansion, the remaining members are seen walking around the mansion and eating cookies with drugs in, most notably heroin. Tony kills them all, including Gaspar.
They were led by Ronnie Ligi after Gomez's death until his death as well in 2017 when the entire drug cartel was wiped out.
They will usually attack Tony with chainsaws when trying to take over North Town and Trailer park. They succeed in killing him in August, 2016.
