Gand is the largest town of North Outworld, and the whole planet Outworld itself. The town has an fighting area called Outworld Market, featured in the game Mortal Kombat X.
History[]
Gand is located right beside the nearby town of Ghorfas, and the Most Sandy Cantina is where Liu Kang and Raiden met Johnny Cage and Jax, during their quest to get to Maydaria and deliver Shao Kahn's plans to the Edenian Rebels. Shao's tarkatan foot soldiers also searched all over Gand for Hydro and Cyrax, the holders of the missing Shao Kahn plans.
At the far end of the city at the border with the Ghorfas, almost in it, is located Kotal's Castle. The third ruler who also built his palace in Outworld. It is also said Emperor Kotal Kahn himself visits the capital a lot. He likes it quite much.
This town was also one of the first locations to change it's sky colour to normal from purple in Outworld. It turned normal after wind god, Fujin changed it by orders of Kotal himself.
