Fredrick works as the history and English professor in a college in Miami, Florida, and he comes from England. According to some of his files, he came to Miami in 2004/4 AH and lives in a large house in North Town.

Fredrick can be found walking around North Town at the daytime and evenings, and almost anywhere in Miami at the night time. Despite being a college professor, he is rarely seen in classes, assuming he takes a lot of breaks. He might also be found walking around the streets of Downtown at daytime for lunch, probably. Fredrick can also be found hanging around with some other folks at the North Town park near the La Normande Hotel. Fredrick, along with Jonas, Carla, Tyler, Kitty, and Brenda can also be found as residents at the Gilligan's Island in Cayman Islands.
