Fredo "Fred" Buttowski is the security Guard of the Cuneo Family despite his age, he was known as the youngest mobster ever after Clarence.
Biography[]
Fredo was born in Paris to an Italian-American family, and made money through criminal activities as a kid, skipping school and stealing classmates' pencilcases.
As a child, Fredo was actually was a brilliant, sensitive, caring, but shy individual. He developed an intense crush on one his classmate, Beverly Marsh. Being an overweight individual, Fredo was often a frequent victim of Lili Cornet, who usually referred to him as "Fatboi" or "Fat fawk".
While taking an exam on the last week of school, Lili attempted to persuade Freddie into allowing her to copy his test paper. Fredo refused. Lili eventually failed the test, and was forced to take summer school. On the last day of school, Fredo attempted to rush back home, only to be spotted and ambushed by Lili and her two buddies, Finn Mertens and Pinkie Pie. The three bullies eventually begin to taunt Fredo, however, to Pie and Finn's shock, Cornet pulls a knife out and begins carving her last name into Fredo's stomach. Before Lili can finish, Fredo is able to kick Lili in the chest. He then takes cover in the barrens, hiding in one of the sewer pipes. After Lili, Finn, and Pinkie leave, he meets up with Silver Spoon and Sweetie Belle. He helps the two of them rebuild the dam, which was destroyed by Lili and her buddies earlier.
After leaving the school and getting into a life of crime, with the aid of capos Mario DeBellis and Ronnie Tosca, Buttowski rose to the pinnacle of France organised crime and was able to join the Cuneo Family as their Security Guard, and Cuneo's power raised the top food chain. In 2010, Phillip killed a Corleone Family mobster personally which would later lead to his death.
By 2011 Cuneo's organisation was failing, as his son Carmin Cuneo was cracking down on his family. Phillip struggled to lead his family during hard times, but Willie Sissy, agent of Corleones, killed him in a hotel.
After Cuneo's death[]
After Don Cuneo was killed, and his youngest son Carmin took over, Fredo became tired of working for them and retired back to the life of a criminal kid and robbed the streets of France and was always escaping the police.
New boss[]
After Garnet become boss, he and Scarecrow are back in action and work together now for Don Garnet along with the remaining Cuneos.
