Frankie the Ferret is a fan-made Happy Tree Friends character. Much like Nutty, he is a spy for the Happy Tree Friends Mafia. However, he is much smarter than Nutty and likes to smoke cigars. Even though Nutty is the same rank as him, he still bosses him around, even though Lifty, Shifty, and Jimmy the Weasel boss him around a lot too.
