Franco was a soldier under the command of General Javier Diego. Twelve years before the events of Red Dead Revolver, Franco participated in a battle against American Forces over a bridge along the border of America and Mexico.

Franco is seen during the flashback level "The Traitor", where he is one of the soldiers assisting Diego in holding off the American forces at the bridge. During the battle, Frank is killed.
